Part of Chateau des Roses, a Los Angeles Historic Cultural Monument, this fully updated home features stunning French Normandy architecture, corbeled turrets, hardwood floors, bay windows, and a large private front garden patio perfect for enjoying and entertaining in the ocean breeze. Steps from cafés, restaurants, shops, wellness studios, and Abbot Kinney, with Whole Foods four blocks north and the beach five blocks west.


This thoughtfully updated home blends historic charm with modern comfort. The living area features original hardwood floors, a comfortable seating area, and bright natural light from the bay windows overlooking your patio. The living room also features a queen pull-out bed for 2 additional guests.

The remodeled kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, open shelving, and everything needed to cook at home. A welcoming dining space is perfect for morning coffee or working remotely.

The comfortable king bedroom features quality linens, privacy curtains, and ample closet space. The bathroom mixes classic details with modern updates and includes both a tiled shower and bathtub along with hotel-style amenities.

Your private gated front yard is a rare luxury in Venice. Enjoy a glass of wine outdoors in the evening or relax with a book in the sun. The space feels tucked away yet connected to everything around you.

The home also includes in-unit laundry, updated HVAC, and ample street parking.

Gold’s Gym is a few minutes away for anyone who wants to experience this Venice icon in person. Whole Foods is a short walk, and the beach is only five blocks from your front door.

While visiting Southern California, having a car is the preferred mode of transportation for most, considering the wealth of unique attractions within a two-hour radius of this home. For the adventurous explorer, a car is highly recommended to fully appreciate the diverse experiences the area offers. However, if you`re inclined to arrive and seamlessly unwind at the house during your vacation, rest assured that Uber and Lyft services are readily available for convenient and hassle-free local transportation in Los Angeles.

This property is located approximately 7.5 miles miles from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and 10 miles miles from SoFi Stadium.

24 Hour Communication: Our team is available 24/7 while you`re staying with us. If anything comes up during your stay, day or night, you`ll always be able to reach a real person via text, app or phone call.

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- Please note that per the building’s CC&Rs, hanging clothing, towels, or any other items from the balcony is not permitted. We kindly ask all guests to respect this rule during their stay to remain in compliance with building regulations.

- Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

-For stays over 30 days, we offer optional mid-stay cleanings for an additional fee. These provide a full refresh of the home and linens, and we recommend scheduling one every 15 days. Our professional housekeeping team is paid a fair, livable wage and plays a vital role in ensuring each stay is comfortable and exceptionally clean.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
