The rental agreement is entered into exclusively between the guest and the owner of the rented apartment.



Villa Annabelle, built in the traditional seaside resort architectural style, stands out for its central location. Just a short walk away is the center of Binz with its bars, restaurants, and shops, as well as Binz’s long, fine-sand beach.


Towels and bed linens are not included in the rental price but can be booked in advance:



A washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement for a fee.



Apartment 7 Auszeit:

This vacation rental for 4 people on the 2nd floor consists of a living room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a furnished balcony. The apartment is approximately 65 square meters in size.
The modern and cozy living area invites you to relax. From here, you can access the balcony, the bedrooms, and the kitchen. The balcony faces the Baltic Sea.
The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic stove, oven, range hood, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle—as well as all necessary dishes, silverware, and glasses.
Both bedrooms feature a double bed, a closet, and a flat-screen TV.
The bathroom, complete with a shower, sink, hair dryer, and large mirror, rounds out this beautiful apartment.

A free parking space and Wi-Fi are, of course, also available to you.
Bicycle storage is also provided.

Important Note:
The municipality of Binz is conducting road construction work on the adjacent Schwedenstraße. As a result, the street will be completely closed from March 2025 through March 2026. Our parking space at Villa Annabelle is not affected by this. During the day, there will be typical noise levels associated with civil engineering work, which comply with the Federal Immission Control Act. We appreciate your understanding.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
