In a stunning exquisite location, we have furnished this wellness apartment with attention to high-quality. Everything was selected with a lot of attention paid to detail. Furnishing and equipment set the high standard of the location and the apartment in order to be able to offer the demanding guests this true gem.
A large sunny balcony ('Kaiser-Mitte 1') or a little bit smaller ('Kaiser-Mitte 2') with comfortable garden furniture invites you to have relaxing hours after busy city tours.
'Kaiser-Mitte 1' is on the raised groundfloor, 'Kaiser-Mitte 2' on the third floor of a small multiple family dwelling.
Through a wide green area on the backside and a relaxed construction on the front side, a lot of light and sun comes into both apartments. It is located at a small and quiet street. The raised ground floor of 'Kaiser-Mitte 1' is high enough, so that passengers cannot look inside.

Smoking within the apartment is not allowed, but you can smoke on the covered balcony.

Eine sehr gute Adresse!

Appartement sehr angenehm, renoviert, sauber und zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig! KĆ¼che gut ausgestattet, aber es fehlt eine Mikrowelle. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer (reaktiv, freundlich, zuverlƤssig). Wir haben eine erholsame und interessante Woche in Berlin verbracht.

Ruhige FeWo in Berlin-Mitte

Im November 2019 haben wir zu zweit eine Woche Urlaub in Berlin gemacht. Ausgangspunkt war die ruhig, aber dennoch sehr zentral gelegene FeWo Kaiser-Mitte 1. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Kaiser klappte hervorragend; die SchlĆ¼ssel bekamen wir vorher zugeschickt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten haben feste Matratzen, auf denen wir sehr gut geschlafen haben. Eingekauft haben wir im Edeka bzw. im Biomarkt 2 HƤuserblocks weiter im Neubau (Fehrbelliner StraƟe). Wir hatten ein 7-Tages-Ticket von der BVG, womit man sogar die Berliner FƤhren nutzen kann. In ca. drei Minuten Entfernung ist eine StraƟenbahnhaltestelle (Zionskirchplatz), mit der man schnell an den S-Bahn- und U-Bahn-Haltestellen ist. Auch zur U2 (Haltestelle Senefelder Platz) ist es nicht weit. Vermisst haben wir in der FeWo Pfeffer- und Salzstreuer (Salz war da), Zucker, KĆ¼chentĆ¼cher (KĆ¼che) und einen Abzieher fĆ¼rs Bad, wobei wir uns da mit dem Wischlappen beholfen haben. Auch der Toaster ist schon ein Ƥlteres Modell, bei dem die Brƶtchenauflage nicht mehr funktioniert. Insgesamt gibt's daher nur vier Sterne. Positiv: Es ist jede Menge Berlin-Literatur vorhanden und auch eine Spielesammlung. Den tollen Balkon haben wir aufgrund Jahreszeit und Wetter nicht genutzt. Die FeWo Kaiser-Mitte 1 empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

Great location and roomy, comfortable apartment

We had a great stay. The only reason we did not give full marks to the property was because we felt that the rental process was a bit deceptive on the part of VRBO. The price initially seemed very good so we decided to rent it. After we had several communications it became apparent that there were a number of quite high additional costs for VRBO services, cleaning, and for towels and bed sheets. As well, at the location there was no shower soap and only one roll of toilet paper for a week, so clearly we were intended to pay for those as well. We believe that the costs should be clear up front in the advertised cost of the rental so we can compare it accurately against other possible rentals. We also think that for rental like this basic things like sheets, towels, soap and toilet paper should be provided - who carries sheets and towels for a long-distance vacation, and who wants to buy a bag of toilet paper to use one roll? Our host was very accommodating and friendly, and in the end offered to forgive the costs of the cleaning because of the misunderstanding. But VRBO needs to be much more straightforward. Despite these issues, we had a great stay and loved the apartment. We would highly recommend it, as long as costs were clear in advance.

Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war perfekt fĆ¼r uns als Familie mit zwei Grundschulkindern. Sie liegt in einem sympathischen Kiez, ist wunderbar ruhig und durch die NƤhe verschiedener Tram- und U-Bahn-Stationen der perfekte Ausgangspunkt fĆ¼r Stadterkundungen. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und wunderbar ausgestattet (insbesondere die KĆ¼che), das Bad neu gemacht, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Check-In und Check-Out waren unkompliziert und reibungslos. Gerne wieder, es hat uns sehr gefallen!

We had a great stay, the location was amazing we could walk everywhere and there were cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, rent bike all very close by. The appartement was very clean and the kitchen had everything you could need. WiFi worked fine and I would definitely recommend this appartement.

Prettig appartement, ligt in een erg leuke buurt met goede voorzieningen

Het appartement bevalt prima, de keuken is voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden, het bed ligt uitstekend, badkamer is keurig en de woonkamer is leuk omdat deze aan de voorkant ligt en als extra een balkon heeft en uitzicht op de levendige straat. Het enige nadeel is dat de (slaap) bank niet prettig zit en dat daardoor de zitplaatsen nogal beperkt zijn. De stoel zit overigens wel prettig. De wijk Mitte/Prenzlauerberg is heel aangenaam om daar te verblijven, veel cafeetjes, eetgelegenheden, supermarkten en het openbaar vervoer is dichtbij. Daar gaan wij beslist nog een keer naar terug.

El departamento es amplio, cĆ³modo, luminoso, bien ventilado. Todo funciona a la perfecciĆ³n ( agua caliente, calefacciĆ³n, wifi, etc.). Se encuentra, incluso, decorado con criterios estĆ©ticos, lo que hace la estancia en Ć©l muy agradable. Se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo, tambiĆ©n grato, con lugares muy cercanos de distinto tipo para comer o tomar un trago.El market, muy bueno, estĆ” a menos de doscientos metros. TambiĆ©n estĆ”n cercanos distintos medios de transporte. MartĆ­n, se ha mostrado siempre muy amable y he tenido comunicaciĆ³n fluida con Ć©l, incluso, antes de la reserva, no dejando nunca de responder a consultas que han ido surgiendo. Lo recomendarĆ© a mis amigos y sin duda volverĆ© cuando retorne a BerlĆ­n.

This is a lovely, comfortable apartment in a conveniently located, quiet, residential neighborhood. The only drawback was that some basic items that we've had in other rentals were missing: soap, shampoo, napkins, salt, extra blankets and toilet paper. The internet connection was undependable.

Perfect Stay

This is a lovely spacious one bedroom apartment in a fantastic location in central Berlin with excellent tram and underground transport links to all attractions in this interesting city. The apartment is spotlessly clean with comfortable bedding and a very well equipped kitchen. The balcony provided a delightful spot for an evening wine and cheese. The area is full of restaurants and bars and is a lively location for nightlife. Martin was a very friendly and responsive host so the whole experience is first class and highly recommended!
