Cool and calming tiled floors, modern furnishings, and updated appliances give this vacation home an air of Tommy Bahama feel. We know how exhausting and stressful traveling can be so don’t feel an ounce of guilt if the second thing you do is plop down on the living room’s couch and switch on the extra-wide flat screen. Or let everyone back home know you got to Florida safely by hooking up to free high-speed internet. Maybe you just need to wash off the airplane – you’ll have plenty of room in the stand-up glass shower to reach those hard-to-scrub spots.

This property has 2 kitchens with ALL the essentials. We want to make sure you can enjoy cooking as if you are at home!

After a long day at the beach or fishing, it is the perfect spot to have a drink and relax by the open bay pool.

Paradise on the Bay

This house was perfect for our extended family stay. We were there for 4 weeks and had all four of our adult children stay with us at varying times along with 2 of our grandchildren. The view from patio overlooking the bay was incredible beginning with the most gorgeous sunrises and ending with grilling out during the soft evening colors. We had dolphins visit regularly. The pool was great and the accomodations inside gave everyone enough room and privacy. The location was perfect. The house sits in a cul-de-sac of a very nice residential street. It is very private yet only a half mile to the grocery store, drug/liquor store and shopping plaza. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. It was truly a wonderful stay. A note of full disclosure: The patio and dock draw a lot of gulls and other birds and you will have to clean it with the provided power washer every couple of days...not a pleasant chore but worth it to enjoy the amenities that the house offered

Amazing views and location!

Positives: The heated saltwater pool and patio provided a ton of space to enjoy the day. Dolphins would swim by really close and play almost daily. A variety of large and small boats cruised by out in the distance regularly. The home was in a really nice and safe location that felt really private but was close to so many great restaurants, beaches and grocery stores. Inside the home there was plenty of space for 2 families of 4, and the linai was a perfect spot to enjoy the views of the day. Having a pretty new washer and dryer off in the back corner of the home was definitely a plus as well. Areas for improvement: Some of the beds could have been more comfortable and should be replaced. The patio around the pool had several areas of stone that were uneven and loose making our footing not as secure. Upon arrival there was a lot of decluttering that was necessary to open up the space. Most of the smoke alarms were malfunctioning causing us to have to unplug them. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this location. With some minor improvements, we could definitely see ourselves staying here again and would recommend it to anyone else to do the same!

A little bit perfect and a little not so much.

The outdoor pool area and spectacular view was the best part of this rental. There were seven of us and the house was very roomy and clean. All linens were very nice .No more than eight can sleep there comfortably. On the negative side, the house is over furnished outside and in with a lot of beat up furniture that needs to be gotten rid of. The beautiful kitchen was over equipped with useless items and only one coffee pot, one large bowl and no storage containers. Also the outdoor grill was broken and totally useless. Nothing extra as to beach chairs, paddle boards, bicycles, or kayaks. Everything had to be rented. There were brand new beach pads that were too heavy to carry to the beach. Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Island are beautiful with some excellent restaurants. We had a very good time.

We loved the home at 519 Bay view

Very spacious, great showers, beautiful, family, friendly, no issues with neighbors, Dock was amazing Back Lanai views spectacular for fire works from any where. Will stay again :) The beds are only queen and full was the only semi negative, King beds would be nice.

Perfect

After a week in Orlando this was the perfect place to relax. Views from the property are amazing especially the stingrays, dolphins and Pelicans that were regulars in the water. Anna Maria Island has beautiful beaches 5 minutes walk from the property Would love to go back next time we're in America

ANNA MARIA ISLAND GETAWAY

We rented this property for our 2 children and their families. There were 6 adults and 2 children under 5. It was perfect for us. Lots of room. Fun pool and the back area was all fenced in so no worries about the children falling in. We loved the beaches, they were beautiful. It was nice having the free trolley available.

Beautiful place, beautiful view.

We loved this place. The location was perfect, the house was beautiful with a private heated pool and fishing right off the dock. We had amazing sunsets and moon risings. It is much larger than it appears in the ads. The mother-in-law apartment was ideal for friends or family. Would love to go back.
