Tropical rear yard with private luxury heated Saltwater pool and hot tub/spa and spacious paved area plus large ground floor lanai.

Leave your troubles behind as you cross to Anna Maria and surrender to the island pace. Our beach house (a personal vacation home - not an investment property) is a light-filled retreat with beautiful furnishings, quality linens, spacious open plan living areas with 12' high ceilings and excellent indoor/outdoor flow. 3 large coastal bedrooms (king, queen and twin) with inbuilt storage, 2 modern bathrooms (1 en-suite) with huge separate showers plus a hall WC closet near the separate full-sized laundry room.

Plenty of room for all the family to chill around the free-form private pool & hot tub The special non-slip pool surface complements the 'beach access' that allows the young (and not so young) to enter into the water without any steps and starts at 2 inches deep! Our guests just love this private Oasis - please see our numerous 5* Reviews!

The tropical planting gives areas of both sun and shade and at night-time the palms are automatically lit to enhance the ambience of the backyard and pool area.

Upstairs, guests will love to use the granite finished, fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets. Great-room opens onto generous lanai with outdoor dining.

By the pool you can enjoy the large entrance level patio, sun loungers and gas BBQ grill, wall mounted TV. Over-sized double garage with remote access, beach chairs, beach toys and beach cart too.

A pearl of a property within 2-3 blocks (3-4 mins walk) to the idyllic, soft, white sand of the Gulf beaches with their breathtaking sunsets, towards the north of the Island. A peaceful neighborhood only minutes walk from restaurants, bars, shops and galleries of Holmes Beach. Free Island Trolley-Bus stop is just round the corner.

We had the best week at this beautiful house! The pool and backyard were amazing, the kitchen had everything we need, all the beds were so comfortable and the house was spotless. We were able to walk to several places to eat and the walk to the beach was not bad at all. We cannot wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at A Pearl of a Beach. The owners were really helpful and were very happy to answer any questions we had. The house had everything we needed and more with an amazing outdoor space and pool. The location is perfect with only a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants to choose from on the island. Would highly recommend!

Amazing time

This was an amazing place and an amazing time. The location was perfect with easy walks to beach, several food locations and shopping. This was one of the cleanest, comfortable and family friendly places we have stayed. The private pool was great to relax after baking in the sun at the beach. We would love to rent this house again and have already recommended to others.

We loved playing in the pool. Air condition worked great. Kitchen well stocked. Water pressure/showers were great. Vaulted ceilings made it feel even bigger. Our family of five would happily come back here. This Vrbo exceeded our expectations, and we would happily return.

Great vacation spot

Had issues getting inside due to a malfunctioning garage door, but got situation resolved and were able to get in with some delay. Communication with owners was only via email / vrbo app so that caused some delays. The pool is great, the hot tub is a little small. The location is great with a reasonable walk to the beach.

Wonderful family home

The house was so clean when we arrived. It had absolutely everything we needed for our family if five. The beds were comfortable too :) We loved the pool and spent alot if time in it. Its a little bit of a walk to the beach, but doable with the wagon provided. Thank you! We loved AMI.

A wonderful stay

The house was wonderful. Clean, plenty of space for our family of 5, located within easy walking distance to the beach, the Ping Pong table was a big hit and our hosts could not have been nicer.

Perfect vacation home

We had this beautiful house for two weeks! We gave rented in FL for 8 years now and this was not only beautiful but checked all our boxes. The pool and hot tub were our favorite hangout . Loved the nearby beach but the water was a bit cold during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked without any problems!

Excellent home! The house itself is comfortable and well equipped, location is very convenient and the owners are great. The pool and outdoor living areas are the best we’ve had on AMI! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Pearl of a Beach Home

We loved our stay here! The check in process was super easy, the property was the perfect size for our family of 5. You can walk to the beach from the property in about 8 minutes- we found a golf cart very helpful to get to the rest of the island. The kids loved the pool and it was super clean!

Great vacation spot on AMI

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great very close to the beach and dining options. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for the week. We enjoyed enjoyed mornings and early afternoons at the beach and came back to the house to enjoy the awesome outdoor pool. I would highly recommend this rental check in and out were both a breeze!

Great location with pool and hot tub

Place was spotless on arrival short walk to beach and outside area very relaxing unfortunately ETA hit while we we there so weather was disappointing communication with owners seamless would definitely return

We enjoyed our first vacation on Anna Maria Island in April 2013 and just fell in love with ........everything! We returned that summer for another vacation and decided to celebrate our upcoming 30th Wedding Anniversary (our Pearl anniversary!) by buying a vacation home on AMI.

For the final week of our summer stay we toured the island together on a tandem cycle, getting to know every street and visiting Open House events. On returning home we took to Zillow and found "our Pearl" on-line and decided to buy it - sight unseen.

By the end of October 2013, we were the proud owners of a vacation home on AMI. As we entered for the very first time, we knew we'd made a great choice and the name was clear to us both " A Pearl of a Beach Home" (in Holmes Beach!).

Our wonderful Realtor, Marianne (Island Real Estate) looked the place over for us and told us "the camera doesn't lie! Great internal layout, spacious outside spaces, high ceilings, quiet neighborhood, central on the island and close to the beach."

What's not to love?

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The location is great and the lack of a pool back in 2013 was actually a real bonus. It allowed us to design our own, include a spa and beach access and add a special non-slip surface. We added mature planting and lighting in the backyard which gives privacy and a sense of tranquility.

A short, flat and safe walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the nearest stop for the free island Trolley service make getting round the island real easy.
