Charming 4-bedroom Victorian home in Milton! Close to I-89, the lake, & skiing!

Your Milton adventure begins at this beautiful Victorian 4-bedroom house that has been a home to families since 1905. Inside, guests find three full beds and one king bed, perfect for a restful night. Each bedroom has storage for clothes and a desk for in-home work. The house features 2 1/2 bathrooms, 1 on each of 3 floors. A large living room and an expandable dining table provide plenty of room to enjoy each other. The kitchen is small but well-stocked with a Keurig coffee station, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, pots & pans, utensils, and dinner ware. If you find anything missing, we will do our best to remedy the situation.

Along with the charming Victorian interior, there is a large, private backyard, perfect for cookouts on our grill or gathering around the fire pit any season. A pergola and tables enhance the dining opportunities. Plenty of parking space.

The house is situated on a quiet street just one block up from Milton's main thorough fair, Rt. 7, and close to I-89. The streets have sidewalks to explore the neighborhood of historical houses. A grocery store is just a short drive (or medium walk in good weather) up the road. A creemee stand is close by too- don't forget to try the maple! There are coffee shops, parks, eateries, & pubs close by and we are happy to give our recommendations.

Milton is also convenient to many great adventures!
Beautiful Lake Champlain, as well as Lake Arrowhead, are close by for water & beach activities. Vermont's biggest city, Burlington, is less than 30 mins drive. This small but eclectic city is home to UVM, VT Medical Center, many entertainment venues, the lakeshore, and eclectic eateries that are part of the farm to table movement.
There are several resorts a 30-60 minute drive that offer renowned downhill skiing, Nordic skiing, and a vast array of summer activities, including a year-round water park.
We don't provide bikes, skates, skis, or boats to accommodate 8 guests, but rentals are available nearby. We are happy to assist in making any arrangements!

One of the last remaining drive-in theaters in the US operates in the summer one town away from Milton!
Oh, and did you know that VT is the home to the highest number of breweries per capita? We also boast some nearby vineyards that are host to music and tasting events every summer.

Are you up for international travel? Montreal is as close as an easy 90 minute drive straight North! This beautiful city is home to many entertainment venues, eateries, and historical sites. And, they still love Americans there! They prefer to speak Québécois (French), but have a long history of being bilingual.
