Experience the charm of Flagship Rentals` Duluth Beach House on the shores of Lake Superior in Park Point. With direct beach access and soaring vaulted ceilings, it`s the perfect getaway just minutes from downtown amenities!

Relax with breathtaking `million dollar` lake views and a spacious outdoor deck. Secluded yet close to Duluth attractions, it`s the perfect blend of privacy and accessibility. Experience serenity at Flagship Rentals` Duluth Beach House.

ā€¢ A signed Rental Agreement and a government photo ID are required for all reservations via a trusted third-party process to access our property.

As a guest, you will enjoy exclusive access to the top two levels of this beach home, which include four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half bath; a fully equipped kitchen; a dining area that seats six (6); and a living room with several large windows offering a spectacular view of Lake Superior. Up the spiral staircase, you will find the 4th bedroom, 1/2 bath, and a dedicated computer desk and reading nook. The home also has a large front yard facing the lake. The shared parking pad accommodates three cars on the left side; additional street parking is available.

*Guest Private Use and Access: Guests have exclusive private use of the 1st and 2nd floors of the home (4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and the front yard and large deck overlooking Lake Superior).

*Separate Owner`s Suite: The home`s lower level (basement) includes a private owner`s suite and attached garage, ensuring there is no cross-traffic or shared living spaces. Its separate entry guarantees your complete privacy. Guests cannot access or use the lower-level owner`s suite, ownerā€™s patio, or attached garage. The owner reserves the right to access and utilize the separate private owner`s suite at any time. We prioritize our guests` privacy.

Flagship Rentals is a family-owned vacation rental company operating since 1984. We take pride in ensuring that all our properties are well-maintained for years of enjoyment.

Our pricing is set for four guests at the home. Any additional guests beyond the initial four will incur an extra $30 per guest. We provide this `value-added service` to ensure you`re billed only for the actual number of guests, not a flat rate for the entire property. This pricing structure aims to offer savings and flexibility to our guests, accommodating changes in group size or allowing smaller groups to stay with us. The view canā€™t be beat! Easy to get to, close to shops and restaurants. Comfortable furnishings and generously supplied with necessities. We had questions about the TV and the owner helped us right away. Very enjoyable visit!

Beautiful place on the lake that accommodated our family of 9. Appreciated the toys for our grandchild. There are a variety of high quality pots and pans for cooking, spices, oil,etc so it was easy to prepare food. Only thing was there were several bird strikes on the picture window while we were there. Great view but wish birds could be protected.

Great Location!

Loved the property location, right on the water! Was able to watch the ships go in and out which we all loved. The house had everything that we needed including games to play for girls night in! Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Duluth.

Million Dollar View!

Thatā€™s what my wife kept saying, it was a great view of the lake, great location. We enjoyed the accommodations very much, our hosts sure know what theyā€™re doing, they made everything very easy so we could enjoy ourselves. Weā€™re already looking forward to a return visit.

After Christmas Getaway

Sandy Point is great space for family and friends. Itā€™s so close to everything in Duluth - a great location! The check in process was super easy, communication with owners was timely and the house had everything we needed. A perfect ending to a hectic Christmas season.

Relax and have fun

The rental view were wonderful we had many ships and sailboats to watch. There is an access point for the beach next to the property so on weekends you have some foot traffic. The kitchen was well stocked for me to cook meals for my family. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

This was our third time staying at the property, and weā€™ve enjoyed every stay. There were several updates, including the kitchen which made the place look even better than it was. The owner has been very responsive, including bringing us a new remote when we couldnā€™t find one!

Location location location!

Amazing Lake views and beach access! The children loved the short sandy trail to the beach, and the beach offered all the entertainment our multi-generational group needed. The cabin lay out and deck were very accomodating, with good gathering spaces as well as the opportunity to get away to a back bedroom or upstairs retreat. We had a great stay.

Beautiful location, lovely home

Our trip to Park Point was wonderful. The home had everything we needed (including jigsaw puzzles, which were helpful as unfortunately we had a lot of rain). The kitchen was well stocked, there were a couple of Beach chairs and toys for the beach, the decor was lovely with huge windows looking out over Lake Superior. The host was very easy to communicate with. We loved it and would stay again!

Family Vacation

Great location with beach access and beautiful view of the lake. The home has a large deck. Kitchen is well stocked. Seven people fit very comfortably but can accommodate more if needed. Property is only about a mile from town which has a boardwalk along the lake, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Lovely wedding week

We had such an amazing time at this property, the view was spectacular and the house itself was really fun to stay in. Our wedding party had a really nice time enjoying the beach (in all weather!). Thank you for a great stay, we are already talking about coming back again next year.

Quick getaway

We travel to Duluth at least once a year and have always stayed in a hotel. Decided to rent this house and it was great. Room to move around, on the beach, great views and comfortable beds. Close to Canal Park. Can't go wrong with the beach access, even in March!
