The Space:

Welcome to Trailside 48B, a thoughtfully renovated townhome designed for families and groups who want space, comfort, and easy access to Okemo Mountain. Spread across three levels, this home offers a functional layout, updated finishes, and a calm, welcoming feel that works just as well for ski weekends as it does for longer stays.



The Layout

The top floor is dedicated to a private primary suite, featuring a queen bed, a full ensuite bathroom with glass shower and soaking tub, and a small private balcony. It’s a quiet retreat away from the main living areas.



The main level serves as the heart of the home. Enter through a practical mudroom with space for gear, then step into the open kitchen, dining, and living area designed for gathering and relaxing together. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.



The lower level includes three additional bedrooms, all with queen beds, a full bathroom with tub and shower, and an enclosed laundry area with washer and dryer. This setup works especially well for families and mixed groups, offering privacy without separation.



Comfort & Convenience

Every bedroom features a true queen bed, and no bedrooms share walls with the kitchen or living room, allowing for quiet mornings and restful evenings. WiFi is reliable for remote work or streaming, and parking is available for up to two vehicles.



Getting to Okemo

Getting to the mountain couldn’t be easier. Simply call the on-call Trailside shuttle while gearing up, and you’ll be picked up right outside and dropped off on the Sachem Trail, just over half a mile away. When the ski day wraps up, the shuttle brings you back to the condo, making mountain access simple and stress-free for families and groups.



Important Notes

The fireplace is not operational and is not available for guest use. There are no shared amenities at Trailside, helping maintain a quiet, residential feel that many families appreciate.

Whether you're a family, couple, or group of friends, Ludlow offers something for everyone, making it the perfect winter escape.

The Fireplace is NOT operable at this time.

Parking notes: Parking is available in the shared parking area in front of the unit. Two parking passes are provided in the unit upon arrival. Please reach out to us if you require more than two parking passes, we will do our best to accommodate.Please note that 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive may be required in the winter.
