Welcome to Snowtrak, a premier community nestled on Okemo Mountain! Walk to the nearby ski access through the Kettlebrook complex and ski home on the Snowtrak trail. Comfortably sleeps 10 ensuring plenty of room for family and friends. Unwind after a day on the mountain in your own private hot tub, perfect for relaxing and soaking under the stars. Well-appointed kitchen, cozy living area with wood burning fireplace , a second family room on the lower level and modern furnishings for a home-away-from-home experience.
Properties listed as ski-in/ski-out access rely on mother nature and Okemo Mountain Operations snowmaking teams and lift access. Neither Inside Edge nor Property Owners can guarantee snow availability or lift operations. the complex is a ski off complex. In order to ski on to the trail you do need to access the trail through deeded access at Kettlebrook which is across the street. When returning to the condo there is a specific trail marked for “Snowtrak.” If you miss this trail you will need to walk on the road to get back to the condo.
There are two spots for parking. Any additional vehicles will need to park in the overflow parking at the bottom of the mountain or at Jackson Gore. We don’t have parking passes for these lots and they are first come/first serve.

SMOKING: SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.
VEHICLES: All vehicles must be parked in designated parking area.
For rentals where parking passes are requred, Inside Edge will issue them with instructions at check in.
OVERNIGHT STAYS: People other than those in the Guest party set forth may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
PRIVATE HOME: All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
APPLIANCES: Only use appliances for their intended uses.
PARKING PASSES: Parking passes are necessary and will be provided for two vehicles and will be located inside the unit. Please display the pass on the dashboard of each vehicle of the car.
Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter’s expense. Leave the parking passes in the unit upon departure.
CARE OF THE HOUSE: You are responsible for maintaining the premises in a neat and clean manner. This is a private home that is typically not rented and the owners are inviting you as a guest into their home. Please take care of the property as you would take care of your home. Videos of each room will be taken prior to your arrival and immediately after your departure.
FIREPLACE USAGE: Is permitted in units with functioning fireplaces.
For wood-burning fireplaces, do not remove ashes from the fireplace – this is the number one cause of house fires in Vermont. A supply of cut, split and seasoned firewood is available at property.
For gas fireplaces, please turn off when not in use.
INVENTORY: Our rental is equipped with linens, towels, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, appliances, washer, dryer, gas stove, coffee maker, televisions, DVD, stereo, etc. A complete review of the household inventory is performed before your arrival and as the house is cleaned after your departure. You will be charged for any broken or missing items.
CONDUCT: You and your party agree NOT TO DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music, or unlawful or unsafe behavior. If you allow or participate in such behavior, you will be asked to leave and forfeit the remainder of your rental fee and deposits. Participation in unlawful activities including environmental destruction, natural resource violations or public nuisance violations may be cause for eviction.PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED.

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful property. Although the description says three bedroom, this is actually a four bedroom house. There are two bedrooms plus a den and bathroom on the lower level, one bedroom on the main level and a large primary suite on the top level. Plenty of room for everyone! The house is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped as are the bathrooms. Beds and pillows are comfy and there are games for all ages in the family room. We are skiers and loved the ski locker and boot room. You can walk to the Kettle Brook trail by crossing Okemo Ridge Rd and up to the Kettle Brook condos driveway (or get a non-skier to drop you off!). To return, you ski down the Snow Trak trail to just steps from the house! We will definitely look into staying here again next time we visit Okemo!

Stay and Play (and exercise) on Okemo Mountain
Such a comfortable, clean family home featuring a well supplied kitchen, an amazing hot tub, and a stunning fireplace that can be thoroughly enjoyed from both the living room and the kitchen! The Inner Edge was highly responsive and helpful from the moment I made the reservation request! However, I would suggest a clearer explanation of the distance from the home to the mountain. While we were here there was plenty of snow and the temperatures stayed far below freezing… so it wasn’t a problem with Mother Nature…however you do have a minimal seven to ten minute walk down the lane, across the street, through a parking lot and to the backside of a building before you are skiing onto the mountain. Is this a far cry better than hoofing yourself through a busy parking lot or shuttling to the slopes? Absolutely… but it is definitely not a property I would describe as ski in ski out. When you return to the property, you are able to ski to the end of the opposite end of the road, and you have a much shorter walk to the house… but you should certainly expect to take your skis off and be prepared to walk them back to the property.
