We would love to share our beautiful 3 bed 3 bath luxurious condo with you and your family.
With just minutes to Disney World Bella Piazza this Mediterranean styled resort is an elegant yet affordably priced holiday retreat where everything you love about Central Florida is within your reach. Ideal for 2 families.

The Condo

This spacious 1350 square foot condo boasts a beautiful open concept Kitchen with a great view of the Great Room. The counters are Granite and the floors are beautifully tiled. All kitchen amenities are provide for you and just down the hall is a conveniently located washer and dryer.

The spacious Great Room has a dining area and a Sleeper Sofa to relax and watch the 42' LED TV or catch up on a movie. This awesome home also has Free WiFi and unlimited long distance calling to anywhere in North America.

The oversized Master Bedroom boasts a king size bed with a flat screen TV and joins onto the private master bathroom which has double sinks with a granite countertop and a large roman tub with a separate glass shower. The second Bedroom also contains a King Size Bed with an adjoining private 3 piece bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds with the 3rd bathroom located right outside the door.

You will love to sit on the spacious balcony and enjoy the excellent Orlando weather.

The Resort

Bella Piazza consists of 10 buildings containing 183 luxury vacation-styled condominium units located in the Berry Town Center at the intersection of Highway 27 and Sand Mine Road. Within walking distance you will find dining, shopping, groceries, banking, and other daily necessities. Within a 15 minute drive, you can be at any number of Orlando Florida Attractions, including Disney World.

Bella Piazza has a spacious Club House with a game room, internet cafe and a fitness center. The resort also offers a children's water playground, two resort-style pools and BBQ grills all this set in lush tropical landscaping.

Great condo

This is the second time we stayed at this condo and we enjoyed it both times. The two pools are great, the condo itself is spacious enough for six adults and Frank is great to work with.

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo this past week. Ideal location, far enough away from attractions but not too far. Close to food options. Quiet and nice.

We had a great time, the condo was clean, everything we needed was provided and Frank was outstanding with communication! Great price for the space! We had no issues and would rent again if we are back down there!

Quiet and nice

Frank’s condo was perfect for us and our three college age kids. We loved the pools and used the fitness center. Things around the complex were quiet and peaceful.

Perfect for Disney & Universal

Frank's apartment was perfect for our family of 5 visiting Disney & Universal. It was about a 25 minute drive each day to Disney and 40 minutes to Universal. The apartment complex was quiet & safe, and the pool area was ideal for our rest days between visiting the theme parks. There were normally just a handful of people in the pool whenever we visited. There is a supermarket literally around the corner plus a few takeaway restaurants (Chinese, Thai, et al.). We also enjoyed the ice cream place called Twistee Treats. Special thanks to Frank and also Debbie from the cleaning company: one of our daughters left her (expensive) Apple headphones in the apartment when we left. Debbie found them and mailed them back to us a few days later. We were very grateful!

Great Family Stay Option

We had a nice stay at this condo. The location was convenient and the check in process was very easy. Frank is great at communicating and providing you with all of the information that you need for your stay. He was very accommodating when we had a special request and it was very much appreciated. The grounds and the pools are very nice and well kept. There were pool toys and towels. We ran out of a few kitchen items that we replaced, but it had pretty much everything you would need. Thanks Frank!

Disappointed with the condition of the unit - was not cleaned.

The unit was not cleaned. Dirty towels were hanging in the bathroom. Bathrooms were not cleaned. Kitchen counters had not not been wiped down. Dishes had to be washed before we could use them. We had to clean the entire unit the day we arrived. We were extremely disappointed. I was able to get in touch with the owner, who was very apologetic. He said that he had gotten in touch with the maid and that she could come and clean the unit in a couple of days. REALLY!! He did credit our account for one day.

Nice condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo it was clean and a very quiet place. Frank was very attentive to all of our needs whenever we had an issue. Great owner. We also, took his suggestion about Sunday’s pub they do have great fish and chips. It’s a nice little English pub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay will definitely be back!

Fantastic alternative to expensive hotel stays

This was our second time staying at Bella Piazza and we were very pleased both times. We had a three bedroom, three bathroom condo which was perfect for my wife, my two teen daughters, my sister and myself. We did 5 days at Disney and this was the perfect location (about 20 minutes drive to the parks). We were able to spend the entire day/evening at the park and then come home and have diner at the condo. The condo owner Frank was great to deal with, provided detailed instructions and was quick to respond to an inquires we had. Thanks again Frank - We will certainly stay again!

Great condo, super spacious

My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo was extremely spacious. Beds were comfy and the condo had a lot of items on hand that was needed to cook or enjoy a day in the pool. The outside patio are was nice. Area was super peaceful and quiet. The owner was kind and responsive.

Reviews Over hyped!

Disappointing. Master Bedroom & bath was not cleaned very well. Master bath had hair in shower & on the floor. No soap. 1 roll of toilet paper in master & a half roll in other two bathrooms. Have stayed in a lot nicer & cleaner for less money. Decor is outdated and furniture well worn. Carpet is awful. Well worn & looked dirty. In this day and age, cleanliness is everything! Pool was nice & clean as well as pool bathrooms.

Great place to stay close to everything

This was an awesome place to stay. It was clean smelled great. The kitchen was well equipped. I mean from dish towels foil pans several plates cups not just one set.. He really put money into making the place feel like a home. He have quality pictures and furniture. I will be staying there again. The balcony has a great view and the area is quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony with my morning coffee.

This place is amazing !!

Frank was very kind and very communicative! The check in process was very easy and a lot of stores are very close by to the property. When we arrived everything was clean and the house even had kitchen supplies for us to use ! The pool was very good. If you have any questions frank will answer them ! He is the best!! :)

Beautiful stay

The condo was beautiful the area was nice. It was great access to everything disneyworld, orlando. My stay here as made me look at moving to florida so thank you for the beautiful place to make memories with my family.

My family and I have vacationed in Florida for many years and we love this particular area. It is close to Disney, golf coures and the airports. The weather is amazing and we are sun worshipers.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

As soon we opened the door to the condo we fell in love with it. It is very spacious yet cozy. After a day in the sun at the pool my wife and I love our private time hanging out on the balcony sipping on a beverage.
