Our management and housekeeping services are provided to the highest standards and we are proud to recognise their recent qualification in Covid-19 Clinical Safety. We have followed guidelines as laid down by CDC and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

We are committed to a five step enhanced cleaning process before every stay.

1. All high touch surfaces down to handles and light switches are sanitised.
2. We use cleaning products approved by health experts, such as disinfectants with
70% alcohol or higher
3. All linens are washed at a high heat setting and soft furnishings sanitised using a UV
wand.
4. Our cleaners refer to an extensive checklist while cleaning room by room.
5. Our cleaners wear a mask and gloves to avoid cross contamination.

Terrace Ridge is a Mediterranean style, gated resort community that’s just minutes from the theme parks and attractions of Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World. We are located just 2 miles from the I-4, and even closer to some of the best championship golf courses in the central Florida area.

At the 4,000 square foot clubhouse at Terrace Ridge, you can choose to bask in the wonderful Florida sunshine as you sit by the sparkling community pool or relax under a shaded lanai in the bubbling spa pool. For the younger travellers, there’s a games room at the clubhouse, or, if you’re feeling energetic, you can burn off some energy in the attached fitness center or on the sand volleyball court. In addition, you can also choose from Providence, Falcons Fire, Celebration and Mystic Dunes all within a few minutes drive.
