The apartment buildings on Waldstraße are located in a quiet area, yet the beach, supermarket, and bakery are all within easy reach. Each apartment has a designated parking space at the back of the building. LOVINGLY FURNISHED 2-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH BALCONY
Welcome to Apartment 4 at Waldstraße 32! This lovingly furnished 2-room vacation apartment, with a total area of 54 square meters, is located on the 1st floor of the apartment building.

You’ll be greeted by a bright, open living and dining area with a cozy sofa set. The living room sofa can be converted into a cozy sleeping area in just a few simple steps, offering space for 2 people (180 cm wide). A 39-inch flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The open and modern kitchenette is equipped with all the essential appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare the perfect dinner: The kitchen features a 4-zone ceramic cooktop with an exhaust hood, an oven, a microwave at a comfortable standing height, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as plenty of cookware and tableware, round out the kitchen amenities.

From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, which faces south. Here you can soak up the sun, relax, and wind down in the evening after a lovely day at the beach.

In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) invites you to get a good night’s sleep. The spacious closet offers plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe as well as plenty of hangers. There is also a 32-inch TV here in the bedroom. For privacy and to block out light, the bedroom has blinds, and the living room has pleated shades and curtains.

The tiled bathroom, which receives natural light, is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a washing machine and ample storage space for your bathroom essentials. A towel warmer ensures cozy, warm towels and rounds out the bathroom amenities.

Guests of this vacation rental have access to free Wi-Fi (no legal entitlement).

SPECIAL FEATURES
Please understand that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not allowed.

The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are available for rent on a per-person basis. Please order them well in advance so that we can have the linen package ready for you in the apartment before your arrival. A free parking space is available for guests of this vacation rental.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
