When you arrive to the unit you will be greeted with a fresh new exterior. There is parking to the right of the townhome and one spot directly in front of the door. There are no steps to access the unit. When entering the unit, you will see the open concept living room and kitchen area.

The living room is equipped with 2 sofas. the lighter colored sofa is a pull-out sofa sleeper. This bed is a queen bed that has fresh linens, pillows, and blankets. There is a Roku smart TV in the living.

The kitchen and dining area are newly updated. There is a dining table for 4 as well as 4 stools are the countertop bar. The kitchen is a full-size kitchen that we have well equipped with cooking essentials. We do not stock the kitchen with any food items, only utensils, pots, pans, etc. There is a Keurig in the kitchen as well.

Off the kitchen is the patio door. Out on the patio/deck area you will find a grill, TV, comfortable lounge area and a fun dart board. This is the perfect hangout spot and would be a great place to watch an Auburn Game.

There is a half bath and laundry room on the first floor as well.

On the second floor you will find a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The bathroom has a double vanity and sliding glass door shower.

in the first bedroom you will find a queen bed. There is also a dedicated workspace in this bedroom.

The second bedroom has a King bed.

Some Extra amenities include fresh linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, coffee pods, and a starter pack of paper products. Guests can relax and unwind in this fabulous space. Our place is equipped for both long and short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.
