Post and beam construction ; brand new renovation of kitchen living and dining area allow an even more beautiful view over the city and the surrounding mountains. Monthly rentals starting October, perfect for Traveling health professionals. Fully furnished and equipped with just about everything you could need. Located in a very quiet and private neighbourhood. 3 bedrooms and a den, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with an eating area, and a very large, open and bright living room with a gas fireplace and dining room. Hardwood floors throughout. A wall of windows in the living room and dining room let the beautiful Okanagan sunshine in. Large deck off the living room looks over the private pool. Front yard is also fenced and there is a very large driveway and double covered carport. Central location; easy access to all of Penticton's amenities, such as both Okanagan Lake and Skaha Lake beaches, Naramata Bench wineries, KVR, shopping, hiking, biking, skiing and rock climbing. Apex Mountain Resort is 30 minutes away. Owner lives on site the separate basement suite. Penticton is well known for its' wine industry, and the foodie scene is hot here too! Come for an active vacation ; enjoy all the beautiful locations for a never ending list of outdoor activities, all within a 30 minute drive from the front door, or just come to relax, enjoy the pool and the company of your family and friends in the famous Okanagan sunshine.

Had a nice stay in Penticton for the week with our family. Nice property and had everything we needed. Only small downside was 2 days before check in we were asked if we would share the pool with a family with a small baby that was staying in owner suite below. We politely declined but it was a bit awkward. When we would cross paths in the carport and would say “hello” we were met with silence on 2 occasions. Regardless the week was good.

Great Host, But Be Ready for Trade-Offs

The host was incredibly responsive and addressed every concern quickly, which I really appreciated.That said, here’s what you should know to make an informed decision:1.Location: It’s farther than it looks. Expect a 10–13 minute drive to downtown, the beach, or Naramata Bench. Without the exact address ahead of time, it felt misleading.2.Closet Space: Loads of hangers, which made organizing clothes easy.3.Bathroom Issues: The main shower door is broken—though the host did mention a full renovation is planned. The upstairs shower barely works, but the one in the downstairs fourth bedroom was much better.4.Owner-Occupied Details: The listing says “owner-occupied,” but the basement is rented to a tenant with pets. This made parking tricky and you could hear a baby crying most nights.5.Kitchen Stock: Absolutely stellar. Tons of spices and condiments—made cooking much easier without having to buy basics.6.Pool: The pool was fantastic. It gets windy, so we learned to clean it ourselves—but that wasn’t a big deal.7.Convenience: The IGA is just 3 minutes away by car, which came in handy more than once.All in all, it’s a decent stay, but some things didn’t match our expectations, especially as it relates to the cost. The host made up for a lot, but if you’re expecting polished and private, this may not be the best fit.

Perfect Stay with Great Vibes and a Pool!

We stayed here for our wedding and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and filled with natural light—an ideal space to get ready for the big day. It had everything we needed and more. The front yard was great for our pup, and the pool was such a fun bonus. The location was super convenient, and we loved the cool, modern aesthetic. The host was absolutely lovely and so accommodating, which made the experience even better. We’d stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it!

Great Hime for Families

Young family with infant, dog and grandparents stayed in Mid July. The accommodation was just wonderful. The kitchen had everything you needed, and we cooked almost every night. The yard is very dog friendly and is very nice with loads of flowers. The gold star of course is the pool. We used it a lot as we were there during a heatwave. The beaches 3 of them are all within 10-15 minute drive. The house is quiet, and Barb was a great host. We have already booked another dtay

Wonderful!

Our family of 5 adults spent 4 nights at the house. It was a perfect location for visiting the wineries and a short distance from the downtown area of Penticton. The house itself is amazing and we loved the large, private pool in the backyard. The beds are very comfortable and the neighbourhood is quiet so sleeping is not a problem. The owner, Barb, is very friendly and answered all of our questions promptly. We will definitely book another stay in the future.

Beautiful zen oasis

We loved our stay at this property which afforded room for all of our family of four. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat. There is a den on the bottom floor with attached bath (could have been used as a bedroom too); Three bedrooms on a top floor of a split level home. The main floor had an open concept living/kitchen and dining room It was beautifully decorated and calm. We will stay again if we are in town (we were here for a week for one of our kids to attend a hockey camp and it was a convenient 10 minute drive)

Just what we needed

Great location, central to everything in Penticon. Lovely property with beautiful renovations to the main living space. Timely communication with the owner. Pool was a plus as the weather was sunny and hot. We had a great time!

Exactly What We Needed

This house was exactly what we needed. We had the whole front yard for our dog to roam, super comfortable bedrooms, an amazing layout with the open concept living room, dining room & newly renovated kitchen & of course the fantastic pool and beautifully landscaped pool deck. We’d stay here again! We were so comfortable & didn’t want to leave.

Extended my stay

This home was just great - good location, comfortable beds, nice views. When I needed to stay longer than expected (10 days instead of 3), I was happy to be able to extend my stay at this nice place rather than finding different accommodations. Barb was a great host and the home has all the supplies we needed.

We spent 10 days at this property while visiting Penticton. The property is conveniently located. The house is very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Perfect Penticton

This place was perfect for us - two couples and one dog. (Easily sleeps 6). Barb was an amazing and gracious host. The house is well stocked, spacious, the pool is a dream on a hot day. Our dog Molly enjoyed playing in the fenced front yard. And loved that it had A/C. Great location to explore Penticton, Naramata, Summerland or head south to Okanagan Falls, Oliver and Osoyoos. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stress-free vacation

This property met all our needs. The bedrooms, beds and linens were comfy. The living areas were spacious. They kitchen was beautifully renovated and well appointed. Barbara was a great host and was super helpful with setting up our stay and answering all our questions. The pool was very private and the perfect size for our group...our only small complaint was that it was a few degrees too cold for our little kids to stay in very long, but other than that it was a great stay. We hope to return again!

Amazing

Gorgeous house with a wonderful pool and great views. The home was clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Barbara was always available to assist with any questions or concerns we had. We had a great weekend stay and would recommend Barbara's house to anyone travelling to Penticton.

I knew this was the one, immediately after stepping in the door the first time. The windows letting in all the natural light, the views, the hardwood floors, the high ceilings, post and beam construction. Then I found out it also had an in-ground super private pool, all located in a nice quiet family neighbourhood. I was hooked, and I hope you will fall in love with this home as I have.
