The property is located within the Porto Real Resort, which in turn is located on the Costa Verde, a region known for its natural beauty.

The Porto Real Resort is practically a private neighborhood that includes beaches, restaurants, kiosks, an ocean pool, freshwater pools, gyms, sports courts, a spa.

I provide fitted sheets, bedspreads/sheets, pillows, and pillowcases for 4 guests. I also provide bath mats/floor towels for both bathrooms and toilet paper.

Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED inside the apartment.

One parking space is available.

Pets are allowed with an additional charge. Please inform us at the time of booking.

WARNING: Any human life, regardless of age, counts as a guest. Maximum occupancy of 6 guests.

The apartment consists of a living room (with a sofa bed for up to 2 people and a TV), a fully equipped American-style kitchen (stove with extractor fan, refrigerator, sandwich maker, juicer, coffee maker, piped gas, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, etc.), 1 suite with a double bed (private bathroom and TV), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 shared bathroom. The bathrooms have hot water.

Living room and bedrooms with ceiling fans, air conditioning units, wardrobes, and hangers. The condominium has a private beach, barbecue area, club, restaurant, courts, leisure areas, swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi, hot tub, lighthouse, pier, and excellent areas for photography.

Registered guests can use all areas of the apartment and the condominium, reserve barbecue grills, use the club, restaurant, swimming pools, etc.

It is highly recommended that you have a vehicle available for use during your stay. However, there is a free shuttle van available at specific times for all guests to use.
