Cleanliness and Maintenance:
Guests are expected to leave the property in acceptable clean conditions. This includes not leaving dirty pots and pans in the kitchen, avoiding excessive trash in the bins, and preventing stains on the floors and walls. If additional cleaning is required after check-out, an extra fee equal to the cleaning fee listed in the reservation will be charged.

Communication for Local Guests:
Local guests must contact the host before making a reservation.

Unregistered Visitors Restrictions:
Unregistered overnight visitors are not allowed. Any unlisted guests will be subject to an additional charge based on the current extra guest rate.

Family-Friendly Policy:

Maximum Capacity:

Consequences for Rule Violations:
Any violation of house rules may result in the immediate eviction of all guests without a refund.

By booking, you agree to act in good faith and commit not to damage the property due to disagreements with Airbnb or the host in case of rule violations.

Liability for Damages:
