Former Coffee Shop turned Eclectic Studio Apartment

Welcome to “The Coffee Shop Around the Corner!” In 2021, this space opened as a coffee and plant shop called Cultivator Coffee. The desire was to bring people into a place where they could experience next-level hospitality through craft and kindness. Even now that this retail space is no longer open, that desire is still what drives us. This shop is now a little apartment full of unique amenities to extend a bit of hospitality your direction. We hope you'll visit!

The space
The property is in a historic home in New Albany known as the Wolf-Briscoe. It is set up like a studio apartment with the bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and dining area all sharing a continuous space. There is also a small back sitting room with books, games, a record player, and a hammock chair! Swing at your own risk! The full bathroom is accessed through this space.

Please note that while you have your own space, this is a building with other occupants directly above. As such, there will be some noise every now and then but it shouldn't be anything too loud or wild, especially during quiet hours. The location is also on a busy street, so it’s likely you will experience some road noise as well. We've included a tv, record player, and a sound machine just in case!

In the spirit of the old coffee shop, we will be leaving fantastic specialty coffee for you to enjoy! We think coffee is best when ground fresh and brewed with care, so we are leaving some of our favorite equipment with instructions on how to get the best brew :) We'll also have some drinks and other goodies for you to enjoy!
