NEW OUTDOOR POOL & 2 NEW HOT TUBS/COURTYARD, gas fire pits, barbecues, cabanas, horseshoe courts , putting green and bocce ball. An Indoor Hot Tub and SAUNA with changing room and shower located in Building 2.
The free area shuttle bus stops just outside the complex on Park Ave providing easy access to all of Park City's activities and attractions. Bus stop 1050 on the south side of Park Ave with take you into town to Deer Valley ski resort. Bus stop 950 on the north side of Park Ave goes west to Park City Mountain Resort, grocery stores and Kimball Junction. Park City Transit routes and live bus schedules can be found by downloading the "Park City Transit" and “High Valley Transit” app. (links are not allowed in postings)
Access to the building and condo is by keycode.
This unit is on the second story and can be accessed by an elevator or inside staircase. There are luggage carts inside the main entrance to help with move-in/move-out.
- CHECK-IN - Arrival is after 4pm. You can call/text on the day of your arrival to check if the unit is available but early access is not guaranteed.
- CHECK-OUT - Departure is 10am or earlier. You can call/text the day before your departure to check on flexibility but late check-out is not guaranteed.
Parking: On-site parking (underground garage and outdoor spots) is complimentary for guests; (1) Parking Pass.

• Skiing & Snowboarding: You are short bus ride to the base of Park City Mountain, the largest ski resort in the U.S.. Deer Valley Resort (skiers only) is also less than 10 minutes away. Town Lift to Park City Resort is a short 3 min walk. • Alpine Thrills: Experience the Mountain Coaster or Flying Eagle Zipline at the Park City Mountain Village base area. • Unique Tours: Enjoy dog sledding through snow-covered forests or a sleigh ride through the mountain meadows. • Ice Skating: Several rinks are nearby, including the Resort Center Ice Rink at the Park City Mountain base.
Summer & Fall Activities • Park Silly Sunday Market: Every Sunday from June to September, Main Street transforms into an open-air market with local art, food, and live music. • Mountain Biking & Hiking: Access over 400 miles of connected trails. Perfect location, great hosts
Our family of four had a terrific week in Park City. We chose this property for its location: a (very) short walk from Town Lift and Main Street. The Condo was clean and well maintained. My daughter was delighted by the cozy Ugg blankets. My son loved the hot tub. We all enjoyed the TV (equipped with Roku). Our hosts were responsive, flexible, and accommodating: When my son came down with an especially nasty case of flu, we had to postpone our flights home. Tuck helped us figure out a way to keep him comfortable and rested until we finally could fly.

Great property with easy access to Town Lift & Main Street
The property was exactly as outlined in listing! We wanted easy access to skiing and Main Street which this gave us both. The space itself was a joy in the little things such as common items used when actually using the kitchen like napkins, paper towel, aluminum foil, some spices...all the tools one might need to make some basic meals...plus extra towels and Kleenex everywhere! It is amazing how many rental properties have none of that available. We appreciate you making it easy for us. Your instructions for access and use were easy to follow. We really enjoyed our stay!

Location and Excellent Communication
The location was perfect, the kitchen well stocked for cooking, Tuck responded quickly to any questions/concerns we had. The check-in was seamless, with key codes for all the facilities. Jackson Base Camp's location on Lowell, right across from the town lift, was a great place to rent performance skis -- great selection, price and you can store your gear overnight.
