The Wyndham Grand Desert Resort (Wyndham Timeshare Resort) is located just one and a half blocks from the Las Vegas Strip and is located just down the street from the Planet Hollywood Resort. This stunning property is located within walking distance from some of the worldā€™s finest dining, shopping, live entertainment, nightlife, and gaming. Amenities at the resort include, a fitness center, game room, business center, on-site deli, hot tub, and three pools with one being an adult only pool.

The condo available for rent is a 1 bedroom - 1 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. Also, the bedroom has a flat screen TV. The condo has a nice size living room with a Queen size sofa sleeper.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in.

The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort condos. If you have any requests it is best to call the resort front desk 7 days prior to the check in date. The listing photos are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.

Clean, quiet, comfortable accommodations

Overall had a very good experience here. My suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. I could hear voices just slightly through the walls of my bedroom, but not enough to disturb my sleep. The fitness room was clean and well stocked with towels, and the cafe has good breakfast burritos! I don't gamble and it was a relief to stay in a really nice facility without loud slot machines and indoor smoking. My only minor frustration was that the employees in the lobby have very specific roles- I had to deal with the Bell desk a couple times to drop off and pick up my suitcase (the first day I checked in before my room was available and the last day I needed to checkout several hours before my flight). The desk was usually unattended, and I was approached by other staff asking if they could help me. When I explained that I needed to leave my bag, no one could help tag and store my bag, but rather left me to go call or find the Bell. I had to wait several minutes each time and it felt odd that I was approached by people offering to help me, but then left standing waiting because they couldn't help me since what I needed wasn't in their job description. Again, minor complaint. Overall I had a good experience here.

Great place to stay!

You charge $100 to clean the place after we leave, I watched the staff and they spent about 30 minutes to clean a unit. You also charge $100 for service, this is all electronic. If you need these charges to exist put them in the daily room rate and call it good. It amounts to $50 a day which is silly. $690 turned into a $1000

Awesome Stay

We came in for our wedding for 5 nights and everything at the hotel was perfect. We loved being in tower 3. We had groceries delivered which saved some money and staying in a hotel that was close the trip but not on the strip allowed us to get away from the crowds and enjoy some quiet time.

Our entire family enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect spot for our family stay during a basketball tournament. We will definitely be back next year. The only down side was the very pushy sales people at the concierge who try to sign you up for a "sales breakfast".

Great property! Especially love the fact that there is a CafĆ© and grill conveniently located on the property along with a convenience store, free shuttle to the strip, pool, gym and spa. On the downside, the timeshare pitch that you get when you check in is kind of a pain, especially if youā€™re in a hurry, but you can always just say no.

Great place to stay

This was the 4th time we have stayed here, whether it be in the 3 bedroom penthouse or the 1 bedroom deluxe we can't fault it. Prior to discovering this we had stayed at several other places in Las Vegas but now this is the only place we stay when in Vegas and dealing with Matt and Michael is simple and easy. We really enjoyed our stay here! The kitchen, w/d, jacuzzi tub, covered parking garage, family pool, and game room are always the highlights. Minutes from the strip and attractions, minimal smoke and casino feel while at the resort which is nice. Home away from home for sure.

Time share presentation was a total turnoff. Aggressive and rude when we said we weren't interested. Other than that, the room was great as well as location. I would stay here again minus time share presentation.

Enjoyed our stay

We were in town for a tournament, this was so convenient for that - it was super easy to get everywhere we needed. The unit was clean, nice and included all we needed in the kitchen to make simple meals. We were unable to do much at the property because our schedule was so busy, but it looked nice and the management was always kind and helpful. One thing you might want to fix...we pulled out the sofa bed for my daughter to sleep on and the mattress in there is terrible (on a scale of sofa mattresses...this one was the worst we've seen) so we went to plan B for her. Everything else was just perfect and the mattress situation wasn't too big of a pain - just want you to know. We enjoyed our stay and will check this listing out again for our next tournament...as we will have MANY more. Thank you!
