This ground floor unit sleeps 6 with 1 bedrooms with den/bedroom with a Murphy bed and 2 baths. The den/bedroom also has a dining room table and chairs for 4 if you want to use the room as a dining room. The den/bedroom does have a door for privacy if used as a bedroom. Located on the Indian Bend recreation area that has a biking/walking trail that extends from North Scottsdale to Tempe Town Lake. You are a short walk to shopping, site seeing and restaurants. Golf is out your back door along with 14 miles of walking paths. Fashion Square Shopping Center is less than a mile away. We have a beautiful heated pool, spa and barbecue area.

Great spot

We love the condo. The property is great, so close to the greenbelt. Close to old town - we always walk the 1/2 mile there for a morning coffee or lunch. The condo has all the towels and kitchen supplies needed.

Great location for walkers!

A quick trip to Scottsdale and we found a condo in a safe, great location near old town. This condo had everything you could want. It was so homey with personal art, not box store decor. The bed was comfortable and that makes the trip! We enjoy walking every morning, so the trail was a big hit for us! We didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but it is a beautiful patio!The owners are so nice and responsive to any need. We hope to return!

Awesome trip

We loved this condo. It was very comfy, cozy and nice! We loved the patio to sit out in the morning and the evening. The bed and pillows were very good. Loved that the condo has a few simple condiments and supplies. Will definitely try to book this place again on our next visit to Scottsdale!

This was a 3 month rental while we were relocating.

The condo was charming, well equipped, and clean. The pool area was nicely kept and the condo location great! Walking distance to Old Town. The property owner was attentive to our needs and always friendly. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends.

Walk to Old Town and baseball!

Perfect location! Right off Continental Golf course and walking path. No car even needed. Walk to grocery stores...restaurants...baseball and Old Town shops. Nice pool and condo has everything. Very safe area. Owners very accommodating!

Quiet condo close to Old Town

The location close to Old Town was excellent. We were within about a 10 minute walk and the entire area was very walkable. The condo was in a gated community which we really appreciated. Instructions upon arrival and departure were clear and easy. The property was also close to a major freeway which made it easy to travel to various locations around Phoenix and vicinity. Kitchen was well stocked, bed was very comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable

We really liked the large heated pool, it was about 50 feet long which allowed for good swimming, also it was never crowded even in March with spring break. The unit had a comfortable bed and furniture. The heat and A|C worked very well. The location was only a 12 minute walk from the baseball stadium.

Another amazing stay

This is our second time staying at this condo and our visit was just as good as the first time. Everything you need is provided... king size bed is very comfortable. Plenty of towels and pillows. Kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook some meals but with so many great restaurants in the area, we never cook! Pool area is great too... we spend a few hours in the afternoon just floating. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Scottsdale.

Close to so many things

We had a wonderful week being able to easily access the Greenbelt trail, hiking trails, restaurants, baseball fields and other entertainment. The unit was spotless when we arrived with a well stocked kitchen. The owners were responsive and supportive.

Great Old Town Scottsdale Location

Great property, conveniently located. Rich and Kellie were great hosts and very accommodating. Scottsdale Stadium (Giants) is a 5 to 10 minute walk. Convenient to Old Town Scottsdale and the area at large. Perhaps 10 minutes to 101/Freeway. Kitchen is well stocked to cook/bbq. Very comfortable. Would stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our accommodations were very comfortable and the owners attentive to our needs. For example, the coffee pot did not work after a few days and was replaced. Master Bedroom was very nice with a walk in closet and large bathroom with double sinks, shower and garden tub. The pool is heated and hot tub is great. So many things to do within walking distance - Old Town, concerts in the park on Sundays, restaurants, library, walking trails, golf etc. Beautiful area.

Perfect Rental!

This is a perfect rental! The Regency Condominium Complex is our favorite place to stay in Scottsdale. The location is walking distance to Old Town and right on the golf course. Rich and Kellie’s property is incredibly clean, spacious, and homey. The apartment was furnished with quality pieces and tasteful Native American art. Everything worked well from the keyless entry to internet to cable. The master bath was large, bed was very comfortable. There is a nice patio off the living room. In anything, this place is better than the pictures! We would love to rent again.

GREAT VACATION IN SCOTTSDALE

We had a great time in Scottsdale, and the condo we stayed in just fit the bill. One bedroom, two baths, so we could both get ready at the same time. The condo was a nice size with a king size bed. Very comfortable. The condo property was beautiful too, enjoyed eating outside on the lanai, the pool area was really nice. The neighborhood was quiet and right next door to the church, so we just walked there! We loved the location of the condo. Thank you to Rich and Kellie for a wonderful experience. We have many areas we have yet to hike and explore, so we will return again!

Old Town gem

This condo is a great place to stay whether you have a car or not. You can walk to Old Town Scottsdale where there are many wonderful restaurants and bars. Also close by are grocery stores and drug stores so you can get anything you need. The art district is also within walking distant, lots a fun galleries and stores to browse through. We enjoyed walking the pathway behind to complex that goes along a golf course. The condo is beautifully appointed and was very clean. If you want to do your own cooking the kitchen has everything you need. You can also cook on the gas bar-b-q out by the pool and eat at the table on the outdoor patio. In the den there are videos and books for your use if you want to just stay in. The master bedroom has a king size bed that is very comfy. So comfy that we had no problem getting a great nights sleep. Since this unit is on the ground floor you will not have any stairs to contend with. The condo complex has a great pool and hot tub or if you just want to relax there are lounge chairs or tables and chairs. We didn't have any kids with us but this would be a great place for kids and teens. We highly recommend this Old Town Scottsdale gem to anyone and we will be back again.

Best for a couple. Comfortable stay.

Many positives about this rental. It was very clean & well stocked with all needed supplies. No need to purchase much as far as being comfortable here which we appreciated. The place has smart TV's although we only used the one in the LR. We were able to sign in to our Netflix & Amazon Prime accounts which provided entertainment. The pool & the outdoor area was much bigger than expected. (Due to an unseasonably cold February we were not able to enjoy using this amenity) We recommend making the walk to Old Town early in your stay. It is a pleasant 2 mile round-trip walk that puts you right in the heart of Old Town. We did use our car to get out and about. ( Parking is an issue at the Regency Condominiums. We always found a place but it could be tight getting a space.) We were on the lowest floor which turned out to be a very wise choice as the stairs to the upper condos were quite steep. However, being on the lowest floor meant you could hear the residents above you walking across the floor. This is why I recommend just a couple staying in this condo as the master BR didn't get the noise from upstairs. It can accommodate four people as the den area has a Murphy bed. We did not use this space as a bedroom but enjoyed it as an extra space. I particularly liked it because it was one of the rooms getting the most light. The living area is the darkest room in the condo. Because of the cold weather we spent more time inside than we normally would have.

Best Vacation Ever!

This was a long over due trip to Scottsdale. Everything was clean and neat in this beautiful condo located close to everything. Beautiful pool area. I am looking forward to coming back next year!!

A true vacation

The instructions and owner's had everything mapped out. So nice. The property was spotless and so well prepped. Really nice. Spent the days by the pool and the evening making amazing steak dinners. Great fire and grilling area. This is the place to rent...safe in middle of old town and just a really nice place to stay. Can't go wrong!!!

Nice place

My experience was very positive. The furnishing and general appointment was excellent. Solid Wi-Fi. Lovely gated access to the park. Very difficult to fault. Gym access was owners only but that seems reasonable and it was tiny anyway. Thx Kellie and Dick.

Very close to Spring Training, the San Francisco Giants, Chicago Cubs, Arizona Diamondbacks and the Colorado Rockies. There are two casinos within 5 miles of the Condo along with numerous world class golf in the area. The best shopping and restaurants are very close. You will not have a problem finding something to do or you can enjoy our beautiful pool area and just relax.
