The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the necessary appliances and utensils. Beautiful loft

The loft was clean and very well kept. Tons of restaurants, coffee shops and stores all with in walking distance. Sheila the owner was so great to work with and was always available. I would highly recommend staying there!

Incredible condo & host!

I had a great stay in this condo. Everything was clean and well organized, and the host had pretty much everything you could ever need. I felt extremely safe in this building and all of the neighbors were very friendly. I would definitely stay again!

Impeccable loft in incredible location

This is my 4th year renting this beautiful home and I will be back year after year. It is perfectly located right in Old Town. Walking distance to shopping, salons, restaurants, bars and Scottsdale Stadium. The owners are wonderful to work with and keep the loft looking like new. Very spacious living area, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, with high end furnishings throughout. I highly recommend this property.

Shiela was GREAT

Shiela was 1st class to communicate with (5/5) 3rd Ave Loft location (5/5) My 1st time in loft style, and found the bedrooms a little less private under the ā€˜loft style layoutā€™. Again may be my lack of loft style experience Hotel next door does have services VERY early in AM which can be heard This contributes to overall rating 4/5 AGAIN Shiela was GREAT and GREAT location for Scottsdale

Great property

We had a fantastic stay in the Third Avenue Lofts. This luxury condo is located next to old town Scottsdale and in the vicinity of great restaurants and shopping. The condo is well appointed and the kitchen, well equipped. The building is clean and maintained to high standards. Sheila, our host was very accommodating leading up to and during our stay.

Book it!!

What an awesome place! Right in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Like all the other reviews, it was amazing and better than advertised. The best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Also, the building and underground parking are super safe, everything is keyed or electronic in order to gain entry. Book this place, you will not regret it! Oh, and Shelia was an incredible host!!

Great loft and Great Location

We stayed for a month and really enjoyed our stay. The location in Old Town Scottsdale is fantastic, walking distance to everything. We enjoyed the fitness area, hot tub and grill area. Inside the unit we loved the kitchen (Viking appliances, well supplied), patio area (good sun exposure), the huge, two story windows and the large bathrooms. A couple of things a renter might want to consider...there is limited privacy in the master bedroom because the wall above the master bed is mostly open. A person in the bedroom in the loft can see down into the master bedroom. Additionally, due to the unit's open nature, concrete ceiling and luxury vinyl floor, sound travels easily throughout the unit. To overcome this, at night we'd turn on large fans in the bedroom in loft to drown out any sounds. Overall we loved the unit and would recommend it to anyone looking for a unit with great amenities and a great location in Old Town Scottsdale.

Stylish and modern with incredible view

The pictures do not do justice to the loft condo. Place is so stylish and tastefully furnished. The appliances and fixtures were top level, Kohler and Viking. I never get tired of watching sunrise through the 20 feet windows. Literally steps from old town and great restaurants. The pool, BBQ and gym all clean and well maintained. Sheila was a sweetheart. I shouldn't praise this place so much as I look forward to renting this unit again and I don't want to fight the other vacationers. Jimmy

Location location location

This property is in the heart of Scottsdale and within walking distance of old Scottsdale. It looks just like in the photos. Itā€™s quiet, clean and comfortable. What you donā€™t see in the photos is the warmth and responsiveness of the hosts. They were wonderful. We will miss being here as we made some great memories in the place and will definitely be back.

Best location ever.

We could walk everywhere. The location was safe and quiet, but there were people all around having fun. We stayed the month of January. The weather was perfect. All of the shops and restaurants were open inside and out. We will try to stay again.

A wonderful stay

We loved our stay at the Lofts: the property was super clean and all the appliances, kitchen equipment and bedding was of a good quality and there was plenty of it. The owner is a pleasure to talk to and very responsive. 5 stars on everything:-)

Spotlessly clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and furniture with high end finishes. Gorgeous three-sided view from the huge balcony and walkable to all of Old Town. Quiet building, beautiful pool, good sized gym and underground parking. The best part ... the owner is delightful to work with!

Perfect spot/beautiful condo

Sheila was perfect to work with. The unit was modern and beautifully furnished. It was perfectly photographed on the VRBO site. We could walk to everything but the grocery store. It was WONDERFUL! It was hard to leave!

Great find!

This condo was exactly as photos depicted! Very clean, comfortable and great location. Well appointed, had everything you might need in the kitchen, top of the line everything. Location was walking distance to Old Town hotspots, the Greenbelt and the Arizona Canal. Also close to the highway, to fantastic trailheads. Owner made sure we were ok, but wasnā€™t intrusive. Amazing chairs on the balcony, to soak up the gorgeous 4th floor Mountain Viewā€™s. Comfy beds, and very clean bathrooms. Felt like home. We would return!

Great place for relaxing and exploring Old Town Scottsdale

Perfect property lots of room and a great wrap around deck with comfy patio furniture. Large kitchen with all the modern appliances. Open space concept is great for a couple however with second bedroom also open may not be as suitable for 2 couples. We would definitely comeback to this place.
