BEDROOMS
With a split floor plan, on one side of the house you'll find the master suite featuring a spacious bedroom with a king bed. You'll have a view of the pool through the French doors that give you your own direct access to the pool. The master bedroom also has a Roku smart TV, dedicated workspace, large walk-in closet for storing your luggage, and an ensuite master bathroom. Ready to relax and sleep in? There's even a pack and play with sheets in the closet for our littlest guests!

On the opposite side of the house, you'll find the other three bedrooms, each with their own unique coastal feel! Each of the three bedrooms offers a smart TV, closet (with hangers, luggage racks, and an extra fan), as well as blinds and blackout curtains for a relaxing and restful sleep. One bedroom has a king bed, the second has 2 queens, and the third has 2 sets of bunk beds each with a queen on bottom and twin XL on top.

BATHROOMS
The master ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and spacious countertops! On the other side of the house is the second bathroom, shared by the other three bedrooms, which features two sinks, plenty of cabinet space and a shower/tub combo.

KITCHEN & DINING
With lots of counter space, cabinets for storage, and bar tops seating for 3, it's a great kitchen for entertaining! Our kitchen is FULLY stocked featuring a Keurig duo for your morning coffee (uses coffee grounds or K cups), electrical kettle for tea, blender, crockpot, pancake griddle, cookware, all the dishes, and more to make cooking and dining a breeze! We have plastic dishes, cups, and wine glasses for when you want to dine poolside and children’s dinnerware for our tiniest guests!

Just one room over is the dining room, which is bright, welcoming, and full of coastal character, showcasing our “Coral Cabana” feature wall. The dining room chairs and benches seat 8 (plus 3 bar top seats in the kitchen), and there is also a second dining table that seats 10 poolside on our new patio!

LIVING ROOM
As you walk into the home, you're greeted with the big, open concept living room, which has a comfy couch, a 75-inch tv, and a fun, tropical mural painted on the nearby dining room wall. It's a great place where the whole family can sit together and hang out together!

MOVIE ROOM
Step off to the left of the entryway and you'll enter our dedicated, themed movie and family entertainment room. With no windows, you’ll have the perfect dark atmosphere to set the scene. Flanked by posters from our favorite coastal motion pictures, the real stars of the show here are our 85-inch smart TV and a comfy sectional couch with seating for 12, perfect for movie night or a big game!

This area also has a 55-inch smart tv surrounded by bean bag chairs for kids to hook up their video game consoles and a unique board game & puzzle table with seating for 6 for the family to gather round for game nights!

GAME ROOM
When you exit either the sliding door from the dining room or the door of our dedicated workspace, you’ll enter our screened tiki game room. Here, along with the perfect pool views and an outdoor breeze, you’ll find a pool table, smart TV, and high-top seating perfect for playing a game of pool while watching a game or watching the kids in the pool. Here you’ll also find us stocked with pool towels, pool toys, noodles and floats for the outdoors.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Right off of the game room you’ll enter our poolside oasis- the main attraction of the home! It features a new patio with our second dining table (seats 10), our HUGE, HEATED glimmering pool, 6 poolside loungers flanked by large umbrellas for when that Florida sun gets hot, and an immense amount of tropical foliage that not only gives you those coastal vibes but gives you lots of privacy too! Kids in tow? There is a grassy area for them to run around, and giant connect 4 to play until they’re ready to get back in the pool! Pool toys, floats and plenty pool towels are ready for you in the shelf in game room.

BEACH
Of course, the pristine Gulf coast beaches are just a few minutes away! There is a small shed located in a discreet area of the backyard featuring many of the beach essentials you’ll need. We have 6 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys, plenty of beach towels and even a small baby beach tent for your use during your stay.
