SUMMARY

Villa Dos NiƱos is a beautiful freestanding, two-story, Santa Fe style condo. Located close to Fort Marcy park, the home offers easy walkability to everything that downtown Santa Fe has to offer.



LIVING AREA

The living room is lovingly decorated with Southwestern accouterments. The TV can be completely hidden by the built-in cabinet for a technology-free gathering space. A queen sleeper sofa is available for additional guests.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully-equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining space, and is perfect for cooking from home. The dining table seats four.



BED AND BATH

The primary bedroom is located in a private downstairs area, and features a King bed. The private bathroom with a shower/tub combo is just outside the door. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and is located on the other side of the stairwell from the living space. The bathroom is located just outside the door, and it is shared with the living space.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The home has a small patio with shaded outdoor seating for four around a coffee table. A gas grill is provided. This space is perfect for cooking, eating, drinking wine, or enjoying your morning coffee in New Mexicoā€™s spectacular weather!

The place was great! We had a very pleasant stay. The management was very communicative.The only negative is that parking for two vehicles is inconvenient. Even though there is legal on-street parking in front of the condo, the neighbor disapproves and harangues you with an unlikely reason why you cannot park there.

Great location and nice looking place, but on closer inspection and use we encountered worn and broken finishes (damaged floor in front of living room TV, worn/scratched dining table, rickety/non-closing cabinets and a door that wouldn't close at all; also the dishwasher is low-end and needs replacing - it didn't clean well). The beds were comfy but the pillows left something to be desired. There were hardly any hangers in the closets (we bought our own since we arrived after hours) and the back balcony patio was tiny and in need of being refinished. But I still gave it a decent overall rating because it's a great location and overall stylish and nice. Beware of the steep stairs heading down just as you enter (this was a concern for us and my 92 year-old dad).

Clear and advance instructions from property management on access, extremely clean and welcoming space. Thanks for the special touches-welcoming snacks and coffee really hit the spot!Perfect location, too. Walking distance to everything but far enough from the bustle of the Plaza and Canyon Rd to be extremely quiet and peaceful.

Lit Festival 2025 Santa Fe

Great location with all amenities as advertised. Very easy process getting in and out. Clear and concise instructions with a fast response time on any support during our stay. Staying in an actual neighborhood was so lovely. It was quiet and serene with the plaza/Ft Marcy just a 10-15 walk away. This location has great indoor/outdoor space, the kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms/bathrooms comfortable. We had the best of all worlds. Thanks!

Quiet, chill and walking distance to town

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend and would return.My highest priority is sleep and I would give this unit a high score. Itā€™s very quiet in particular the lower floor bedroom. Beds comfortable. Was very clean. Everything you need to cook (including some spices etc). Private outdoor space for coffee or beverage was nice. We were just two of us with our dog but would be ideal layout for two couples given that each bedroom can be closed off from common area. Iā€™d recommend clarifying the instructions for finding the garage (back alley) - we drove around a bit and the neighbors were kind enough to help us.

Great location, great place

This was the perfect place for us over Christmas. The bedrooms are separated nicely for privacy, and each has a large, clean bathroom. The kitchen was perfect for meals, and well-stocked for cooking and celebrating the holidays. They even left a gift basket that saved us when we forgot coffee, chips and salsa. The pullout was comfortable. When we couldnā€™t find an extra blanket, the manager helped us out quickly. Having laundry in the unit was very helpful because it was colder than expected and we wore everything. This unit would be even better in the warmer seasons because of the balcony and patio. Canā€™t wait to return. Only small concern if you have very young or older people ā€” the steps are very steep and right off a hallway. Just be careful and itā€™s no problem.

Hiking & Mountain Biking Adventure Pecos Wilderness

This perfect property offered the best of both worlds, proximity to the foothills and mountain tops for adventure and proximity to the heart of all Santa Fe dining festivities art music on foot had to offer ā€¦ moments away. The property itself was spacious, impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and offered state of the art appliances and technology. The welcome was warm and the unit inviting. Terrific time in Santa Fe

Place was better than we'd imagined--nicely laid out with one bedroom downstairs and one upstairs. Well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Bathrooms, too, were nicely stocked for our visit. It was a beatiful, comfortable place for a family get-together.

Perfect location!

We loved our stay at Dos Ninos! It was clean and spacious with us and our 15 month old. The host even let us use their pack and play with an added fee. There was a park our son loved to play at two blocks away and town was an easy stroll away. Would highly recommend!

Small & Mighty

This was the perfect property for our family of 4. The kids were able to share room with twin beds (converted king) and have their own bathroom and floor. The kitchen was a bit cozy but included all the necessities. Property was quiet, set back from the main road, and a straightforward walk into historic Santa Fe. Parking was a bit tricky to navigate with mid-size SUV in back, but do-able...make sure to get parking directions before arriving as it is off of an alley, not on Sunset. Highly recommend staying here for families and couples who want some room but also walkability

Great Location in Santa Fe

We spent 10 days in this condo and travelled around Santa Fe, Albuquerque and Taos. Beds were very comfortable, location was perfect, quiet neighborhood and walking distance to many places in Santa Fe. The condo was very clean and it was great having an outdoor grill. I highly recommend this condo.
