The Space:

Picture this: the kids are battling it out on the arcade machines, someone’s lining up the perfect bank shot at the pool table, and the grill is sizzling out back. Welcome to our sun-soaked Scottsdale home, tucked into a sought-after north Scottsdale neighborhood and built for good times!

This home is a fantastic fit for families and groups of friends who want plenty to do without leaving the property, and we’ve included a pack ‘n play and high chair for the littlest guests. With three bathrooms for the whole crew, a little morning coordination goes a long way.

Guest Access:

You’ll have the entire home and backyard all to yourselves! The only off-limits spot is a locked closet reserved for our cleaning team.

Food & drink: About 5 minutes to the restaurants, patios, and coffee spots around Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter, with plenty more options a short drive away.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $125 per dog, up to 2 dogs per stay. Please note this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by pets. No cats permitted. We kindly ask that dogs be crate trained and that you pick up after your pup.



We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.



An exterior security camera is installed at the front entrance of the property for quality and security monitoring purposes.



Parking is available in the driveway.



Stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.



GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
