Sleeping arrangements
Six bedrooms are spread across the home, each offering its own setup for a restful stay. One bedroom features a queen size bed, TV, and cabinets. Another includes queen size bunk beds, a pull out bed, TV, and cabinets. A third provides a queen size bed, rollaway bed, one twin bed, TV, and cabinets. Additional bedrooms include another queen size bed with TV, a bedroom with a king size bed and TV, and a final room with queen size bunk beds, a pull out bed, TV, and cabinets. Three bathrooms - two upstairs and one downstairs - support the needs of larger groups.

Indoor living
The living room offers a spacious seating area with a large TV, creating a comfortable spot to gather after time at the beach or in the yard. A dedicated workspace and wifi support those who need to stay connected. The game room adds another place to spend time together, offering a ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey table, board games, and a TV with a Roku stick. An indoor fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere during cooler Gulf Coast evenings.

Kitchen and dining
The newly renovated kitchen provides space to prepare meals with ease and includes a dining area with a large table that seats 12 guests. A dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and other kitchen basics are available for everyday cooking. Laundry needs are covered with a washer and dryer.

Outdoor living
The backyard offers room to relax or play, with a private pool with a sitting/soaking area, sun loungers, a fire pit, gazebo seating area with a fire table, and an outdoor patio with a table, chairs, and a couch. A front pergola offers another gathering spot with Muskoka chairs around a fire pit. Children can enjoy the outdoor playground, and beach essentials are provided for days spent along nearby shores. Free parking is available in the driveway (Can hold up to 14 cars. Please do not park on the grass or the street).

Neighborhood
Set within a well-established and quiet residential area, this home encourages peaceful enjoyment and respect for the surroundings. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am apply to all outside amenities, including the basketball court, mini soccer field, playground, and pool area. With Indian Rocks Beach and Belleair Beach a short drive away, as well as parks and local conveniences close by, you can enjoy both relaxation and easy access to the best of Largo.
