What a house! This place has everything we needed. Took the golf cart, chairs and towels to the beach and all were perfect! Shuffleboard, putting green and pool were great. We even saw multiple dolphins swimming around the docks behind the house. When we come back we will stay here again!

Wonderful house on the bay and a 15 minute walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bath and pool towels. The property is very well maintained and had everything we needed. The pool was amazing and having games such as shuffle board, put put, Corn hole was so much. Thanks to Tom for being a wonderful host.

This place was as beautiful as the pictures online - open stylish living space, and beautiful views of the intercostal. The living room area gave a front row seat to gorgeous sunrises. The house was well stocked with the things you need. Very conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, etc. We did not have much need to communicate, but when we did the owners were very responsive and proactive. Great stay!!

Lovely home. Very spacious. I would not consider the "loft" a fifth bedroom. Needs better backyard shade.

Magical stay! Two families with four young kids spent the weekend here and it was perfect. The house had everything we needed, including plenty of toys and great amenities. The location was ideal..an easy walk to the beach, coffee, and restaurants..and the golf cart was a huge bonus. We loved the pool just as much as the beach, and even saw dolphins and a double rainbow during our stay. Both families had the time of our lives and would absolutely come back! In fact, I already rebooked for a weekend in April. There is no better option than this place - I’d give it 100 stars if I could.

One of the best homes I have stayed in. From check in Tom was hands on and throughout our visit he made sure all was well. The house was immaculate, well stocked, and plenty of extra touches for all ages. We loved zipping around on the golf cart, caught quite a few fish off the dock and played lots of games. I was celebrating my 60th with my family and it was a perfect location to the beach, bars, and restaurants! Also easily could have parked 4 cars so that was awesome with family coming from all over. Highly recommend staying here!

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

⚓️ Why You'll Love This Home

Finding a waterfront vacation home that works for everyone in the group is rare. This one does. Four king bedrooms with smart TVs in each room. The private heated pool, a deep-water dock on the Intracoastal, and a 6-seat golf cart to the beach, and this home checks boxes most Gulf Coast rentals simply can't.

The outdoor space is the real showstopper. Eight loungers around the heated pool, a fire pit for evening wind-downs, a putting green, outdoor dining, and a private dock where you can fish, kayak, or even dock your boat during the trip. Three kayaks are included, launch straight from your backyard into the Intracoastal Waterway anytime you want.

Inside, the Yacht Club Lounge gives your group a dedicated space to gather with a full bar setup, shuffleboard table, and a laid-back marina atmosphere that makes rainy afternoons just as fun as sunny ones. The chef's kitchen with its oversized island is built for groups, whether you're doing a big family breakfast or a full holiday spread.

The upstairs loft is a quiet escape from the main action — a king sleeper, full couches, Smart TV, and bean bags make it the perfect spot for kids, teens, or anyone who needs a slower afternoon while the rest of the group is at the pool.

A 6-seat golf cart is parked and ready for the 2-minute ride to the white sand Gulf beach — no parking lots, no hauling gear, just load up and go. Indian Rocks Beach is one of the Gulf Coast's most beloved family-friendly islands, with walkable restaurants, low-key beach bars, and a pace that actually lets you unwind.

The home will make your trip to Indian Rocks Beach a seamless waterfront experience.
