This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath riverfront home is the perfect getaway for relaxation, adventure, and unforgettable wildlife encounters—yes, including swimming alongside gentle manatees right outside your door.



The Space

The main house features a spacious primary bedroom with a king bed, plus a comfortable guest bedroom with a queen bed. A separate sleeping quarters offers added privacy for guests and includes a twin bed and full bathroom, making it ideal for friends, extended family, or teens. Every bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, so everyone can unwind their way after a day on the river.



Outdoor Paradise

Step outside to a 17-foot private dock on one of Florida’s most iconic rivers—perfect for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and crabbing. The clear spring-fed waters invite swimming year-round, and manatee sightings are common during the cooler months. Had a great time. Property was very close to Roger's park. Manatees every day off the dock. Was able to float and swim off of property. Very chill and we will be back!

Hidden gem for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Blue Crab! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located on the beautiful Weeki Wachee River. We spent our days fishing from the dock, paddleboarding, kayaking, jet skiing, and exploring the crystal-clear river and nearby Rogers Park. The neighborhood was peaceful, friendly, and filled with families enjoying time together. One of our favorite parts of the trip was simply slowing down and spending quality time with our children and granddaughter. The house provided the perfect setting to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories. If you're looking for a hidden gem close to home, we highly recommend The Blue Crab. We would absolutely stay here again!

Would have been 5 stars but when we arrived it was 95 in the house, and it was a little difficult getting in the water to board the kayaks. Otherwise everything else was very nice and comfortable, clean and relaxing.

My family absolutely loved staying in this house. The inlet was quiet and very relaxing. Amazing to hop on a kayak and go through the waterway with manatees.

The good: great location, loved having access to kayaks. The bedding and curtains appeared to be new. The tile in the shower was very cute. The bad: AC are window units which were not turned on before arriving so it was 100 in the home when we arrived. It took into the night for the home to cool down. The kitchen was not clean. utensils, cutting boards and surfaces were dirty so we did not cook in the home. 1 small pan and 2 small pots to use so you could not cook much. The fridge fan was not working by the next morning we had to throw away our food as it was barely cool to the touch. We bought a cooler to keep drink cold, after leaving for the majority of the day the fridge started working again, maybe it was from the AC units finally really cooling the home and it wasn't over working itself. The towels were all dirty I had to was all of those. Only 2 was cloths were provided they were stuck to the shelf and full of what appeared to be pet hair. The towels seemed as if they were very old. The recliners were dirty with what appeared to be pet hair as well but we were assured this was a pet free home. One of the trashcans was not emptied from a previous use and had something that was growing mold. The AC units filters were not clean either we were very stuffy for the first few nights but we rinsed and cleaned those. It was nice to have a separate sleeping area but it never really cooled with the window unit due to the washer and dryer running.

The concerns raised were not consistent with the actual condition of this non‑pet property, the property is a rustic fishing cottage. We offered a dinner credit in good faith. We value transparency, and the statements made in this review do not accurately represent the property.
