Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that every guest has different priorities when it comes to location, amenities, and the style of vacation home that best suits their stay. It sounds like the area and property simply weren't the right fit for what you enjoy in a vacation destination. We work hard to provide accurate descriptions, photos, and amenity information so guests can choose the home and location that best match what they're looking for. Thank you for giving the area a try, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thank you so much for the wonderful 5-star review! We’re thrilled to hear that your stay was amazing and that you found everything easy and communication outstanding—that truly means a lot to us. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize again for the issue with the doorknob and, more importantly, that we were unable to reach our on-call team as quickly as we should have. We were extremely disappointed that our response fell short, especially when it resulted in you being unable to access the home on the first evening of your vacation. We immediately refunded your first night's stay in recognition of the inconvenience, and we have reviewed what occurred with our team to help prevent a similar breakdown in communication from happening again. We are truly sorry that your vacation began this way and that these concerns affected your overall experience.

Thank you for your wonderful review! It sounds like you had an exciting Smoky Mountain experience with your two bear sightings!
