Excellent place to stay. Everything was as expected. We stayed for 3 nights and if our schedules permitted we would have stayed longer to fully enjoy all the amenities. Definitely would stay here again!

When three nights just aren't enough, we'd say the cabin did its job! We love hearing that you'd come back, and hopefully next time your schedule will allow a few extra days to enjoy all those amenities you didn't quite get to. We'd love to have you back for a longer getaway, with plenty of time to enjoy every last bit of it!

It was perfect for us. The game room, hot tub and sauna being right at the house was great. The indoor pool was too cold for us but the outdoor pool was just steps away!

We're glad the home was such a great fit for your group and that you enjoyed the game room, hot tub, sauna, and the convenience of having the outdoor pool just steps away! The indoor pool is maintained at approximately 81 degrees, which we understand can feel cooler than some guests prefer. We're sorry it wasn't quite to your liking, but we're happy you had the outdoor pool to enjoy as well. We hope your next Smoky Mountain getaway is just as much fun!

This place is so beautiful and clean. We did not want to leave! The back porch has a beautiful view fireplaces are double sided we used it one night out on the porch while we sat outside to eat dinner. This place has so much to offer we love both pools and hot tub. Feels like you are hidden away from everything but you are just minutes away from Gatlinburg . We seen bears 2 times a mother and 3 cubs! We loved seeing them, they were at the entrance to the resort not by our cabin. Glad we stayed here lives up to the name almost heaven. Hope to return again!

We really enjoyed the property. We liked that it was outside the hustle of Downtown Gatlinburg and had enough amenities to keep our crew occupied on rainy days. Liked the open concept for cooking and Interacting. There aren’t many kitchen staples in the house (like coffee filters, adequate trashbags, dishwasher soap, cooking oils etc), but the grocery store is very convenient.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the home's peaceful location while still being just a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg. It's great to know the amenities kept everyone entertained on the rainy days and that the open-concept living space made it easy for your group to cook, gather, and spend time together. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen supplies. We provide a starter supply of essentials, and we're glad the nearby grocery store made it easy to pick up any additional items needed during your stay. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We hope to welcome you back for another great Smoky Mountain getaway soon!

The only complaint is that we had a large black bear that appeared two of the three days we were there. The bear came behind our house, sat beside our deck, and then lumbered across the street, sniffed all cars and disappeared behind the house across our street. Bear repeated the next day. Limited our children and dog's outside activities. We were nervous about the outside hot tub and sauna because they are located on the bottom deck, and could accessed by said bear.

Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall. Seeing a black bear can certainly be an exciting—and sometimes unexpected—part of visiting the Great Smoky Mountains. While bear sightings are not uncommon in the area, we understand that having one visit so close can bring out the protective instincts, especially when traveling with children and pets. We always encourage guests to remain wildlife-aware, keep a safe distance, and avoid leaving food or scented items outdoors. Fortunately, black bears are typically interested in easy food sources rather than people, but we encourage all guests to be aware of their surroundings and to give bears the right of way. Most often, they are simply passing through and do not linger for long. Thank you again for your feedback. We certainly understand wildlife encounters are not everyone's favorite part of the mountain experience. Bear activity tends to be lower during the late fall and winter months, making those seasons a great option for guests who would like to enjoy the beauty of the mountains with a reduced chance of wildlife encounters. We hope your next visit exceeds all expectations!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay! We had a great time connecting with our friends and everyone had privacy. I have to say we are pretty picky about sheets and cleanliness. It was really clean and the sheets and towels were soft. Not sandpaper like I have experienced at other places. I would definitely stay here again!

This house was a glorious blessing to all of us!!! It has so many amenities that if the weather is bad or you do not feel like going out you can swim, hit the hot tub, relax in the sauna, watch a movie in the theater room or rock in the rockers by the fireplace and enjoy the beauty of the mountains. The adults and kiddos loved playing in the game room and we were able to have food delivered and fit the whole family around the table. It was well worth it!!! Thank YOU 365

Great family vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay except for all the rain! We were sitting at the table playing games on our first night. It was raining pretty hard for a long period of time and the roof started leaking. It started dripping in 3 spots. We had to put pots under it and towels. Called the next morning and they sent somebody out although we were not there at the time. They left a bigger bucket and peeled off the ceiling plaster. Not sure if it was repaired. It dripped again the next night but the bucket caught the water. Despite all this we still had a great time and enjoyed all the visits from the bears. The place was clean. The main floor bedroom stayed a little warmer than the rest of the house, but the fan helped. It would be nice to have soap dishes for the bars of soap. We ended up buying pump soaps for each bathroom. The location is great, not far up the mountain and close to everything. The pool was nice. We never used most of the amenities at the house because we were gone most of the time. Overall a great place to stay!

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We're so glad to hear that, despite the rainy weather, you still had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the home's cleanliness, convenient location, pool, and, of course, the unforgettable bear sightings! We sincerely apologize for the roof leak you experienced during your visit. We appreciate you letting us know right away, and we're glad our maintenance team was able to respond promptly. While emergency measures were put in place during your stay, we're sorry the leak persisted during the heavy rain. Please know that this issue has since been addressed to help ensure future guests have the experience we strive to provide. We apologize that our communication fell short. Thank you as well for your helpful suggestions regarding the soap dishes. Guest feedback like yours helps us continue improving both the home and the guest experience. We truly appreciate your understanding and your kind comments. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another Smoky Mountain getaway—hopefully with a lot more sunshine next time!
