We're pleased that our maintenance technician was able to address the toilet repairs and replace the blender during your stay. However, we recognize that these repairs took longer than our service standards, and we will be reviewing the circumstances to identify opportunities to improve our response times. We also apologize that the garage pickup was not completed despite your requests. This is not the level of service we expect from our vendors, and we will be following up to ensure greater accountability. Our team performs regular preventative maintenance and property inspections, but occasionally items require attention between inspections or after previous guest stays. Your comments regarding the bathroom door latch, living room lamp, and other maintenance concerns have been shared with our maintenance team for follow-up. Regarding the kitchen, our homes are stocked with the basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and kitchen essentials needed for a typical vacation stay, as outlined in our pre-arrival information. While we understand the inventory may not have met all of your expectations, your review did not identify any specific items that were missing.
