Fall - Spring Notice: Our dock sits in a beautiful deep-water area of Lake Hamilton, so you can enjoy it year-round without worrying about the seasonal drawdown (Nov 1 – Mar 15). Please note that reaching the dock does involve several flights of stairs that can get icy, so we recommend enjoying the view from above on cold days rather than making the trip down.

We're beyond excited to share our little slice of heaven with you! As a family with roots in both Dallas and St. Louis, we were on the hunt for the perfect spot to gather for holidays and summer fun. And boy, did we find it! Lake Hamilton stole our hearts with its serene beauty, reminding us of our own childhood summers spent at our parents' lake house. We dreamed up a place that would blend old-school charm with modern comforts, where we could make memories that last a lifetime.
We've lovingly restoring this property to keep its natural magic while adding all the amenities you need for a chill getaway. Cozy up by the fireplace, surrounded by rustic wood beams, and get ready for some serious relaxation. But the real magic happens outside! Imagine watching sunsets that will leave you speechless, with colors dancing across the sky and reflecting off the lake. And when the stars come out, it's like having your own private planetarium! Relax and reconnect by the pool, where you can soak up the sun, enjoy a refreshing swim, or simply lounge with a good book and a cold drink.
Nature enthusiasts, you're in for a treat! Our spot is a birdwatcher's paradise, with woodpeckers, wrens, eagles, and osprey making appearances. And if you're into fishing, Lake Hamilton is your playground—catch some bass, catfish, and more! Just a heads up: getting to our private dock involves about 150 steps, which might be a challenge for little ones, older folks, or those with mobility issues. No worries, though! The Hill Wheatley boat ramp is just 3.5 miles away, offering an easy alternative to get out on the water.

In order to finalize accidental damage waiver coverage, Guest(s) must fill out the verification forms provided by Safely. Guest(s) that prefer to self-insure can provide a $500 security deposit in lieu of filling out the Safely forms.
