***Please refrain from touching or adjusting any of the pool equipment. If you're experiencing any issues or need adjustments, kindly contact us directly so we can assist you promptly. Tampering with the pool equipment is strictly against our house rules and may result in the forfeiture of your security deposit. You may also be held responsible for any damages caused.***

***Please note that pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.***

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash. Please do not roll the trash cans back to the house; they should remain on the street to avoid a $100 fine.***

***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***
