The Coastal Nook
One of the largest end unit studio's in the Renaissance Tower on the 10th floor located in the Myrtle Beach Resort, Direct Ocean Front. Front and side direct ocean views, Private Balcony, Beautifully remodeled in 2026-all new, Sleeps 4, Queen Bed and Queen pull out couch, Fresh linens and towels provided, Ocean front cabana bar restaurant, 6 pools, Hot tub, Sauna, Lazy river, Poolside snack bar, Fitness room & so many more amenities to enjoy on this entire private gated 33 acre beach resort.
One of the largest end unit studio's in the tower, direct ocean front with private balcony, all windows have ocean views, kitchen has stove cook top, refrigerator/freezer with ice, all in one microwave that bakes, toasts, and airfrys, keurig coffee maker, full bathroom with tub, Queen bed and Queen pull out couch. Linens/towels provided. Our top priority is to ensure our unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for each guest.
Complimentary supplies include : face/body soap, shampoo/conditioner, make up wipes, blow-dryer, coffee/tea, creamer, sugar, beach towels and beach chairs, clothing steamer.
**PEST CONTROL DATES-GUESTS CAN NOT DENY ACCESS-THIS IS A RESORT POLICY
Our pest control dates are: 3/3, 5/5, 7/7, 9/1, 11/3, 1/5
Pest control will knock first to enter. They will always be accompanied by one of our maintenance staff. Guests cannot deny entry as this is the resorts policy, and there is no rescheduling.
If guests are out of the unit at the time they are to enter, they will proceed to enter on their own to spray.
There is a $10. per day parking fee which must be paid at the main gate upon entry to the resort. This fee can only be paid by credit or debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy.Guests must be 23 years of age to book a stay at this resort. Photo ID may be required at check in gate.
Please Note: There is a curfew for minors. No minors out after 11PM. Security will be enforcing anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult if they are out past 11 PM. This is to help maintain a safe and family friendly environment. Our neighboring campgrounds follow similar policies as well.
Your gate/door entry code will be messaged to you prior to your check in. You can contact your host Gina through the booking messaging system.
Included for our guests: fresh linens/towels, beach towels, beach chairs, clothing steamer, complimentary soaps, make-up wipes, shampoo/conditioner, keurig coffee maker with complimentary regular/decaff pods, creamer, sugar, All in one microwave that also bakes/toasts/airfry, stove cook top, kitchenware/silverware, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies.
* All guests staying will have access to every amenity on entire 33 acre property (when open).* The lazy river (located behind the A Building opens 4/1) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building will be open year-round)* The pool located behind the A building between the Lazy River and the A building is heated.* The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round.* The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round.Non-umbrellas and umbrellas larger than 7 ½ feet in diameter are not permitted on the beach, with the exception of infant tents no larger than 4 feet wide by 3 feet deep and 3 feet high.Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees.
The following procedures will be in place for motorcycles and trailers: a. b. c. Trailers (restricted to 18 feet end of trailer to hitch) may be brought by guests, on a first come, first serve basis, for a daily fee of $15 for 9 months of the year with the exception of the months of June, July, and August, during which time no trailers are permitted on property. The Vehicle pulling the trailer will be assessed $10 per day. Each Motorcycle - $10 per day
Check-out is at 10:00 am. Please remember door and gate codes will expire at this time. Guests will not have access to enter after 10:00 am. After 10:00 am if it was not pre-arranged for a late check out, there will be a fee charged, equal to a one night stay and any extra charges for a delay with the cleaning company.

I moved here from NY in 2023 to enjoy the beautiful weather, sunsets and beaches almost all year long. My husband and I and our two little dogs (cavalier king charles spaniels :) love it here! My number #1 job is being a dog mom which is my favorite job of all. I managed our own business in NY and am now managing properties in Myrtle Beach. Sunny days, palm trees and the salty air make working much nicer here :) As your host i hope you enjoy your beach days at our "Coastal Nook" as i take pride in supplying a very clean, comfortable place for you to relax and enjoy your stay.

The number one reason i chose this neighborhood was being able to be steps away from the beach. All of the wonderful amenities to enjoy, not just in the tower but being able to have access to all of them on the whole 33 acre Myrtle Beach Resort. And most of all the safe environment. The gated entry and 24 hour surveillance on this whole property create a strong secure and at ease feeling.
