Occupancy: Max 14 guests allowed.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.

Parking: Park up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. No parking on grass, sidewalk, or street.
Pool Safety: Swim at your own risk. No glass in or near the pool. Pool heat available for an extra fee.
Towels Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Please place used towels in the bathrooms before checkout.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outdoor bins before departure.
Outdoor Gear: Clean the gas grill after use and return beach gear to the home after beach trips.
Departure: Turn off all lights, TVs, appliances, and securely lock doors and windows when leaving.

Perfect vacation home

We loved our stay at Toes in Sand! The pool was perfect for the kids to swim when the ocean was too cold. Everyone had their own space with many rooms. The kitchen was large and fully equity. We had a blast!

Best beach house EVER

Toes in the Sand is an amazing house. Everything felt new, the decor was elegant and tasteful (ocean themes but definitely not tacky), all beds were so comfortable to sleep in (even the adults in the bunk beds felt they were no less comfortable), the open kitchen was honestly a dream and had everything you could want for cooking plus the 12 seater high top/island had plenty of seating in addition to feeling very high class. The back patio was a perfect gathering space in the evenings between the couches, fire pit and pool. The pool, while small, was just enough for our group to have a place to cool off when we weren’t at the beach itself. The beach is only a few blocks away, easily walkable and leads right to the main public entrance. Pompano Joes right there next to the beach front was definitely a plus (not having to go back for lunch/drinks). The rental company that runs Toes was very communicative, helpful and friendly, usually responding to my emails or texts within the half hour (if not only a few minutes!). They were also very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. I very much want to emphasize how much I appreciated their commitment to making sure we were happy with our stay. All in all, this is the best beach house I’ve stayed at in Destin (been 6/7 times) and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an upgraded, luxurious space at a reasonable cost, especially with a mid to large size group (10 adults). I will definitely book here again.

Issues

The patio was filthy, the patio cushions were mildewed and had to be cleaned, excessive amounts of ants everywhere ( told by maintenance other homes were complaining), to the point could not enjoy sitting outside or the pool. No one came to spray. The golf cart was old, but most of all unsafe. Maintenance came, said was safe until my husband took him out for ride. When brakes applied would continue to roll right past stop sign. Solution from company was for us to rent another cart and they would reimburse us later. The washer on third floor was mildewed and stunk. Would not wash clothes in this washer. No hand rail on last set of stairs going to third floor. The couch was dirty, ants in kitchen (did put some ant traps out). The home was decorated nicely. The company handling the property did respond when we contacted them, but there were so many issues that every time we turned around we were having to postpone or cancel our plans to be there for them to send someone. Finally, we got tired of dealing with the issues. We were there to relax after my husband had recovered from open heart surgery. I will never rent from the company that manages this property and I only hope the owner will make some major changes. If issues are taken care of, it is a lovely home. When I pay this kind of money to rent a home, the last thing I want to do is deal with issues. Very bad experience!

Great House!

The house was a great place to stay in. The location was relatively close to everything you can do in the town. Property manager was always quick to response to your questions and concerns. Only thing that I wished it had was some coffee or keurig pods! We all missed that waking up. Instead we had to run to the restaurant for brunch or breakfast right when we woke up! Other than that it was great

Good house, OK stay...

Extremely loud, disruptive noise EVERY night from various houses. Kids crying, laughing, screaming, parties, loud music, adults laughing and partying from 10pm-1am, etc. Not peaceful or restful at all! We stayed in the room on the lowest level by the pool and I was woken up every night. Property managers were very nice and responded quickly about it, but they were not able to help or solve the problems, unfortunately. The management is great, friendly, and responsive to any issues. There is no privacy; the houses are right next door, so you can hear everything and also see into people's backyards and pools. Also had a few roaches downstairs. Checkout procedures were a bit extreme considering how expensive the property was. The neighborhood was a little sketchy/not super nice considering how much we paid for a week. The house was very nice and pretty good proximity to the beach, just seemed a bit overpriced. The golf cart was a plus, as it only took a few minutes to ride to the beach. You will get stopped by police though if you don't have seatbelts for every person riding and car seats for children 3 and under. We had a nice stay and enjoyed the property for the most part, but would not book it again.

Short family vacay. House was great and very roomy for all of us. Most items you need are there. Outside area very accommodating for everyone, between the pool, fire pit area, grill area and table. Would definitely book with them again.

Everything you need

It’s literally closed to everything. We took walks to the beach and at times we utilize the golf cart. This place was amazing, comfortable beds, and the kitchen is equipped with everything! Pictures are just like the place but actually I think it’s better in person.

Fantastic House!

We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving week! The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of seating to watch the Iron Bowl, a huge table, a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dinnerware, silverware, and all the necessary kitchen tools. The heated pool was awesome and we used the fire pit table every night. The house is close enough to walk to the beach, but the golf cart was a bonus. I would definitely book this house again!

Wonderful time!

The house was a perfect fit for us and our three adult kids and their spouses. Ample room and privacy for everyone. The pool and fire table on the back patio were beautiful addition to the property. Highly recommend!

Good but….

Good property but pictures needs to be updated specially in the patio. Swimming pool is small for 15 people. And check in is late at 5:00 pm. Golf cart doesn’t work they fixed until next day noon. But after this we enjoyed the staying!!

Overall we had a great time ! The house is beautiful and updated. The backyard is amazing. They cleaned the grill when we were there. Love that! It was very clean. I would rent again from them.

Great house for a family vacation

Beautiful house and great location from the beach. The Diamond staff was there in minutes to handle any issues that came up. We will definitely be back…thanks for the great memories!

Perfect for all ages!

This was a perfect beach house for our family! Bonus that the kids bunk room was in the basement next to the pool for the many trips in and out. The golf cart was much appreciated as it was used daily to cart us and our beach stuff back and forth. The outside and inside living areas were plenty of space for our party of 11. We absolutely enjoyed our time here and will be coming back!

Great stay!

A very positive experience even though it rained 4 of the 5 days we were there. The pictures are very accurate of the house, well decorated. The beds were great. We thought there were 3 king size beds but there we're only 2, the others were queens, but we made it work. The pool is a bit smaller than we expected but it was fine for our use. Beach access is close and convenient....an easy walk. Plenty of beach chairs provided as well as other beach amenities. The golf cart is an excellent addition to the place. Our group did wish there was a view of the ocean but there wasn't one. But we knew that going in to the rental. Nice place. We'd stay here again, but o they need to put the rain away haha.

Lovely home with all the amenities!

We really enjoyed our stay at "Toes in the Sand". A really beautiful home with all the amenities! Professionally decorated, comfortable beds, very well-equipped kitchen and great location. Only two items of disappointment... really loud neighbors and no bicycles. (which were highlighted and photographed in the original listing for this property.) Management team was very helpful and responsive. Truly one of the best properties we have rented in Destin. (this was our twelth year!)

Best trip to Destin

We really enjoyed our stay here at Toes In The Sand! Our family has been traveling to Destin almost every year for the past 7 years, and this is our favorite spot. The location to the beach and all of the activities for the kids is perfect, also any type of retaurant is within 5 10- minutes away. Our FAVORITE thing I must say was having the golf cart to drive around on....we loved it!! We had never had a golf cart to use in any of the otherplaces we stayed. Brings such a "on vacation " vibe to everything. It was fun driving around checking out the town. Beautiful house...just like the pictures. Will come back to this house.
