Welcome to the Tree House on 20th, a laid-back coastal retreat in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath vacation rental is just a leisurely stroll—less than 10 minutes—from the soft sands and sparkling Gulf waters, making beach days effortless and spontaneous. Tucked away on a quiet street, the home truly lives up to its name with a yard that invites you to relax, unwind, and enjoy the coastal breeze—perfect for morning coffee, evening hangs, or a little outdoor fun after a day in the sun.
Kitchen: Refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, drip coffee maker, kettle, and toaster oven. There's also a breakfast window with 2 barstools. Basic dishes, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Room: Dining table with seating for 6, plus a corner table and 2 extra barstools
Living Room: Comfortable queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, rocking chair, ceiling fan, mirror, and plenty of books and board games for entertaining.
Bedroom #1: King-size bed, end tables with lamps, closet (iron and ironing board provided), dresser, TV, ceiling fan, and a full-length mirror.
Bathroom #1: Full bathroom with plenty of counter space, hair dryer, toilet, and shower/tub combination.
Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, end tables with lamps, closet, dresser, ceiling fan, full-length mirror, luggage rack, and ceiling fan. No TV.
Note: Access to the breezeway and backyard is not permitted at this time. There is no washer and dryer at this property.

Important Information
House Rules: 1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity. 2. No parties or events. 3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals. 4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: Large curved driveway that can park up to 5 vehicles, depending on the size of the vehicles. There is no street or grass parking.
