There are various shopping options nearby; the Grömitz golf course and the children’s zoo are within walking distance, about 10 to 15 minutes away.
The apartment is designed to accommodate up to 2 adults.

The apartment features a living-dining area with a sofa, coffee table, and an armchair. The open kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop. The dining table offers ample space for 2 people. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x90x200, with a topper for 180x200 sheets), a spacious closet, a custom-made luggage rack, and a flat-screen TV. The brightly tiled bathroom features a shower stall, a sink, and a hair dryer.
From the living room, you have access to the furnished and partially covered terrace facing southwest (please park bicycles in front of the house; the terrace may not be used for this purpose).
