What makes this property special to me is the beautiful waterfront setting. You can enjoy peaceful water views, gorgeous sunsets, and the laid-back Florida lifestyle right outside your door. Guests also have access to a boat dock and boat launch, making this a wonderful choice for those who love boating, fishing, kayaking, or simply being near the water.

I’ve also provided kayaks and two bicycles so you can get outside and explore. When you’re ready to relax, enjoy the heated pool, or play a game of tennis or pickleball.

The condo is a cozy studio, so it’s best suited for guests who appreciate a comfortable, intimate space rather than a large vacation home. It has a full kitchen, comfortable living area, and luxury bedding to make your stay relaxing and convenient.

I chose this property because I fell in love with the beautiful waterfront setting and the peaceful, tropical atmosphere of Bokeelia. There is something special about being surrounded by water, palm trees, and beautiful sunsets while still having so many ways to enjoy the outdoors.

I especially loved that the property offers the opportunity to enjoy the water in so many ways—from boating and fishing to kayaking, swimming, and simply sitting back and watching the sunset.
