We had a wonderful stay here—honestly even better than expected. The ski-in/ski-out access was incredibly convenient, and the home itself was spacious and well-suited for larger groups. We had four families with kids and never felt cramped. We would absolutely rent this unit again. The only downside was the limited parking (just two spots), which made logistics a bit tricky with a group our size.

Girls Trip weekend getaway

This amazing ski chalet has everything you need (and more) provided. We had a group of 11 of us staying here and had the absolute best time. The rooms are so nice, there’s plenty to do around the house and it’s right on the ski resort so you ski directly to the lift or walk to the village in just over ten minutes. Plus you wake up to stunning mountain views. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Family friendly Destination

The home was welcoming, providing space for our families to meet in a great ski in ski out location. The walk to the village was about 12-15 minutes- longer with littles. The hosts were responsive. The hottub and pool table provided hours of additional entertainment.

Great Location for a Family & Friends Vacation!

We stayed with a large party at the house and had a great experince. It was an excellent location for ski-in and ski-out, and we were able to walk to the village using the path across the mountain in about 15 minutes. The house is very comfortable and beacuse it has multiple levels, it feels like everyone could have their own space. Highly recommended for any one with a larger party and for entertaining.

Great time had by all!!!!

Mar 27 - Apr 01 ski trip. Snow was great for spring snowboarding. 11 family members from 4 households went on a ski trip of a lifetime. The condo is huge! 4 levels! With 4.5 bathrooms each family had there own to use. And the half bath on the main floor. Hot tub was exceptionally clean. There is everything you need to cook a pot of mac and cheese to a full Xmas dinner (EVERYTHING!) Keurig, drip coffee pot, Kettle, 4 slice toaster. To much to list. Enough place settings for 18 people. essentialy you could walk away from your current home and live there and likely be further ahead lol. All Hinkles pots and pans. Getting a hold of the property manager was a bit tough at first. But once I got in contact with Adam things were smooth. We had to contact them for a minor hot tub heating issue which we were able to resolve over the phone. There is also a slick mitten dryer set up. At the time of our stay the blowing system did not work. Vacasa is aware of this I will be looking to rectify. Our two medium Labradoodles had a great time walking the trails and playing in the snow. More than ample closet space and a ski locker at the back to ski in and ski out of. You leave the back door at the basement you can ski directly to 3 ski lifts (ghost something ridge rocket and Plaza lift). When you are done for the day you make a run on “Surwa” and directly after crossing the bridge you turn right and ski right onto the patio. You get a Wi-Fi password to your app about two days before your arrival and the day of the arrival you are given and electronic lock code and Bam you are in the house and enjoying your vacation. For the bunny hill people we would load them up and drive them down to Happyvalley at the bottom of the gondola and pick them up at the end of the day. The garage can fit a regular size pick up truck SUV or SUV with a roof rack and Thule. We arrived in three vehicles one vehicle spent the week in the Happyvalley parking lot without any issues. When we arrived one of our dogs lost his toy under one of the couches. Two of his human peasants went looking for the ball and both observed there was no dirt under the couches. The property was immaculately clean. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Comfortable, homie, lots of space for big groups and families

We had a fantastic time staying at Snowbanks 4. The many floors, many living room spaces provided our large group space to spread out comfortably. The many amenities kept us entertained. And this location was fully ski in-ski out.

Nice home for a big group

The only thing I would change is the cover to the hot tub to be open against the house, currently it opens sideways, blocking the view and the picture on the profile is fake (or from a different unit). Other than that, the house is perfect. Spacious, different floors make it easy for different groups to do their own things. We all enjoyed the house.

Big White Trip

A group of us were looking for a getaway and this property was perfect for it. It is a huge property will lots of sleeping space. A few of the beds are small for full grown adults (bunk beds), but it worked great for our group. The listing says overflow parking in the Happy Valley lot is $20 a day but in the summer there is no charge which was a nice surprise. Overall a great place to stay with a group of friends!

Spacious Get Away

The roads to the location were a little sketchy, however once you arrive at the rental, it's worth it - spacious is an understatement. There were 18 of us (kids included) with 2 small dogs and there was WAY MORE than enough room for all of us to enjoy time together as well as indulge in alone time. The place was clean with additional blankets, pillows, and towels. The closets were spacious and more than enough bathrooms that there were no worries. The Jacuzzi and sauna was an amazing amenity within the house that was fully taken advantaged of. The BBQ worked fine and if there were any issues, instructions were left on how to resolve them which was the standard for any issue really. The WiFi and cable were great when needed. Would highly recommend.

Great Accommodation for Multi-Family Vacation

Our time at Snowbanks 4 was great. We were three separate families, each consisting of 2 adults and three kids ranging in age from 11-17. There was plenty of space for all of us. In addition, the unit was fully equipped, with plenty of dish ware, drink ware, utensils, not to mention plenty of cooking tools. All 15 of us could eat at the same time without having to eat in shifts! It was great. With regards to location, it truly is a ski in/out rental with easy access to Serwas run. Plus it was easy to walk to the village via the walking trail. Overall we had a great time, and are already considering rebooking again for next year.

Great place to stay for a large group

Amazing place to stay on the hill. Easy ski in/out access. The condo was large and spacious. Had no problem sleeping 15 (with room to spare). Slight issue with lack on parking but otherwise a great experience. Would recommend and stay here again in the future.

Great spot for large groups!

We stayed at Snowbanks 4 over the Canada Day long weekend and had a great time! There were plenty of amenities and everything you possibly would need was covered--even for our large group. The house itself is enough to cover the weekend but being directly on the mountain was a nice touch. We'd definitely consider coming back--especially during the winter!

Great facility, well stocked with dishes, towels, linens. Very clean inside and well organized. Only issues is that the BBQ is older and difficult to evenly heat. Also hot tub water was dirty upon arrival, although service man came to resolve the issue. Overall great spot, truly ski in and out. Would stay here again.
