Just a few minutes from the beach, Luxury Apartment 0.12 is located on the first floor of the "White Pearl" and offers 81 m² of space for 4 people. The apartment features an open-concept bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area that sleeps two people.

You can look forward to a cozy living-dining area. The sofa sleeps two people. Adjacent to it is the open, modern kitchenette, fully equipped. The separate bedroom, featuring a double box-spring bed, is partitioned off by sliding louvered doors. The modern bathroom with a shower and the private sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m) round out the apartment.

A highlight of the apartment is the terrace with a beach chair (during the summer season), which allows for relaxing hours in the fresh air! The apartment includes an outdoor parking space.


Complex:

The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been in existence since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped back to the shell, and renovated.

The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bike storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.
