The 4-room apartment on the second floor measures 99 m² and is designed to accommodate six people. In the large living room with a kitchenette, you can enjoy your meals and spend evenings socializing. There are two bedrooms, each accommodating two adults with comfortable box-spring beds, and a third bedroom for children, featuring a single bed and an additional pull-out “bunk bed.” Two bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a bathtub and shower—provide the utmost comfort. From the balcony, you’ll have a perfect view of the sea across Lübeck Bay. House E is located in the front row.

The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.
