There is seating for 6 on the terrace. An awning provides protection from the sun. By separating from the neighboring properties, you will find your own private retreat on the terrace. The garden area is completely fenced so that your dog can move freely.

There is also a guest toilet with shower on this level.

In the 1st Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms, both equipped with box spring beds (1.80m * 2.00m). Another bathroom with bathtub and shower completes the 1st OG.

It continues in the 2nd OG. Here is another bedroom. This is also equipped with a cozy box spring bed (1.80m * 2.00m). There are blackout blinds on all windows in the bedrooms.
