The Home: This 4,000 sq ft custom house features 4 bedrooms, sunroom, private office, a finished movie basement room, and 3.5 baths. The kitchen is perfect for the home chef with high end appliances and island for 2. The kitchen opens up into a spacious living room with a TV, decorative stone fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating. The dining room around the corner provides seating for 10 and overlooks the pool. Off the foyer & primary bedroom is a dedicated office space - perfect for those who might need to work from home, or use as a baby’s nursery. The laundry area is on the first floor as well, for your convenience.
The Pool: Just off of the dining room and sunroom awaits a summer oasis featuring a 48`x24` in ground-heated pool and spa, gas grill, and large patio. Plenty of space to lay out, read a book, or dine outside. Plasticware plates, cups, wine glasses, bowls, etc. are provided to use around the pool area. Swim at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. The rear of the home opens to the pool/patio, & the perimeter is fully fenced-in. Pool access is subject to weather, maintenance, and pool chemistry. Hot Tub is open year-round, although subject to maintenance and chemistry.
The Bedrooms: On the main floor you will find a beautiful primary bedroom suite with 10-ft ceilings, a decorative stone fireplace and private deck for your morning coffee. The bathroom has a large shower as well as whirlpool tub. This room has doors into the office, a space that can easily be used for a nursery. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath with a shower - The spacious first bedroom has 1 queen and 1 extra long twin, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and desk. The lower level bedroom has 9ft ceilings, a queen, desk, & access to another full size bathroom down the hall.
The Property: Woodhaven sits on over 2 secluded acres. The grounds include the home, outdoor patio/pool area, private woods, and ample grass lawns.
Additional Details: The lower level is our favorite place to relax after a day in the pool; with 9-ft ceilings and a huge 85” QLED TV movie room, an additional futon bed & plenty of space to enjoy games. All lower level areas have large egress windows.
The home has 2-zone central air/heat, black out shutters on the 2nd floor & basement windows, and black out drapes in the primary bedroom. Whole-home indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system and WiFi throughout the house.
Guests have access to the Pool: **Pool is open Memorial Day to October subject to weather, maintenance & pool chemistry
Guests do not have access to the garage in the summer.
Guests can park 1 vehicle in the garage during Winter months.
The shed is not for guest use.

A serene neighborhood surrounded by nature, yet just a few minutes from downtown Lake Geneva-LG Library, beaches, boating, shops, and restaurants. Only 1.3 miles to the Lake Como boat launch, just over 5 miles to Williams Bay and just under 10 miles to Fontana-on-Geneva Lake. 80 miles from downtown Chicago.
Guests can easily get around by a vehicle, or use Uber/Lyft. Our co-hosting company also works with local drivers, so if a driver is needed please request ahead of time--if possible.
**Given our proximity to the woods, bugs and little critters are around the home. We have the home serviced multiple times per year to help prevent them from entering the home; if you have concerns or questions, please reach out directly prior to requesting to book** More excitingly, you may see white-tailed deer and/or a few turkeys while you sip your coffee on the back patio

Large group gatherings and commercial use of the property by guests are not permitted.
This home has a pool, a water softener & a water purification system. This home also operates on a septic system, and has well water.
This is important to note because the basement utility room has multiple types of equipment operating this home. There could be noises at random times where a timer is not applicable. Any equipment on a timer is set for during the day; however, emptying the pump when full is not on a timer, but rather empties at capacity. This means the system can be loud for a period of time either during day or night.
To ensure a safe, worry-free experience, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement, pay a Guest Verification and Damage Protection Fee, and are directed to a secure Guest Portal where guests can access and manage information regarding the stay, reservation and property information 24/7.
