Built in the 1800s, this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat combines timeless charm with modern amenitiesā€”including a private hot tubā€”making it the perfect getaway for families, friends, or remote workers seeking comfort and convenience.

Just a 6-minute walk to Main Street, you'll be steps away from Lake Genevaā€™s best coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and boutiques. It's also ideal for wedding parties, located only 4 minutes from Horticultural Hall. The Lake Geneva Public Beach is a short 7-minute stroll, where you can enjoy the sandy shoreline, explore the iconic Shore Path, or embark on a boating adventure. With year-round attractions like golf, skiing at The Grand Geneva (3 miles away), and indoor fun at Timber Ridge Waterpark (2.5 miles), thereā€™s something for everyone.

Spacious home in great location

We booked this property for a family gathering and it didnā€™t disappoint! The kitchen is gorgeous, plenty of space, and the bedrooms are all large. The family especially enjoyed bbq night dining on the porch, playing bags and finishing the night making sā€™mores at the fire pit. An easy five minute walk to the beach makes this a perfect location. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home! Only 3 blocks to the lake and shops. Sleeping arrangements and gathering spaces were perfect for our group. Attention to detail was definitely evident in the home and necessities. A warm welcome was providedā¤ļø. We had an amazing time!

Amazing Stay in Lake Geneva

Our family of 5 absolutely loved staying in Lake Geneva at this VRBO. The house was beyond family friendly - all of the furniture was comfortable, there were rugs and carpets in key areas, children amenities and tons of toys and games for both children and adults. Perfect location, walking distance to Lake, shops, and playground. Solid communication from the owners. We would certainly return again the future.

Perfect getaway

It was our annual girls trip & we couldnā€™t have picked a better home. It was designed beautifullyā€¦so warm & cozy & immediately felt like home! As we enter the house, the owners had left us a very nice, thank you along with a cinnamon strudel, what a wonderful touch. The location was absolutely ideal, walkable to downtown and many shops and restaurants. Most of the time we stayed at the house, just playing games, laughing and eating. We would definitely go back and I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Lake Geneva.

Lake Geneva Home

We had a wonderful stay and a wonderful Christmas! This was a perfect get away. We all loved the location just a few short blocks away from the heart of downtown Lake Geneva. The host had the home decorated for the holidays which made it very festive. We appreciated the hosts quick response to any questions that we had. The home was newly renovated with lots of room for our whole family. We would definitely go back. We rated it 5 stars in every category!!

Perfect girls get away

There were 6 of us who stayed here to celebrate all of us turning 40 this year. We couldnā€™t have asked for a better time. The house was beautiful and spacious and had everything you could ask for in a rental house - PLUS it was just so adorable! Beautiful kitchen and awesome living room area to spread out and relax/enjoy and laugh! The bedrooms were so nice with comfortable beds. I literally donā€™t have one complaint besides the fact we canā€™t all go more often!

Great In Town Location

This property was immaculate, well appointed and nearly IN TOWN! We like to visit Lake Geneva every October and were thrilled to be reunited with this lovely town after some pandemic missed chances. We would definitely stay here again, I think Elite Lake Rentals is a quality organization.

Perfect Location

The property was very clean and had an amazing open concept. There were plenty of comfortable bedrooms on the 2nd floor and a yard and porch that wrapped around the entire house. My nephews really enjoyed the yard and the fire pit at night. Our favorite aspect of the house was that it was in a very quiet part of the neighborhood yet still only 2 blocks away from the bustling downtown area that nestled right up to the shore. We barely had to drive anywhere in order to shop, dine or have a day at the beach. I would love to stay at this property again in the future.

Great house and even better location

The house is clean and the perfect size. It has 4 bedrooms and a nice basement. Family room and kitchen are a nice size as well with a great wrap around porch. Location is walking distance from downtown. Tons of restaurants and bars close. Highly recommend.

Elite Lake Rentals is locally owned by Susan Smolarek and her son Jason. Susan has lived in Wisconsin her whole life and has called Walworth County, WI home for 15+ years. Susan has extensive experience working at local Lake Geneva area resorts bringing corporate groups to the area for business meetings. When the pandemic eliminated her role in group sales at the local CVB, she decided to open Elite Lake Rentals managing vacation rental homes to continue to bring people to the area and experience everything Walworth County has to offer.

Jason was born and raised in Wisconsin, graduated from UW-Stout in 2008 with a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. After moving about the US working at many resorts in management roles, Jason now resides in Tampa, FL and and has spent the last 8 years dedicated to vacation rental management. Jason has experience managing hundreds of vacation rental properties in the Florida Panhandle and wanted to bring that experience to Wisconsin. Partnering with his Mom, they opened Elite Lake Rentals in late 2021 and now manage the finest collection of homes on or near the lakes in Southeast Wisconsin.
