Living room with pull-out sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player, satellite + stereo, internet access available. Very nice country kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fume extractor, fridge with freezer shelf, vacuum cleaner and filter coffee machine. Open access between living room and dining room. Separate double bed room with lovely little ensuite bathroom with spacious shower, base containing foot massage pebbles, basin, toilet. Own terrace with table & 4 chairs and sunshade. Large pool terrace for communal use. Modern pool with wave machine & massage currents. loungers with covers & lots of seating throughout grounds. Lovely barbecue under large fig tree for letting your hair down. Large area for petanque enthusiasts.

Extras:: We have 2 bikes available free of charge for our guests, as local hire costs are very high. Ironing board and iron provided. Also included: bed linen, towels, tea towels, kitchen rolls, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, pads for dishwasher, coffe filters, rubbish bags, dish-washing brushes, sponge and dusters. A full tin of coffee bags willbe available for the Senseo machine, sugar and a litre of milk, Also olive oil, sunflower oil, ablsamic vinegar, salt and pepper in the kitchen. The only thing we can't offer our guests is German coffee. You'll have to bring your own.
