The house is situated nearby the center of Burgh-Haamstede and the cosy terraces in Westenschouwen. This typicial ‘’Zeeuwse’’ holiday home has a glazed tiled roof, is spacious and situated on a peaceful spot in an orchard. The house originally served as the residential home of the owners of the orchard, yet has been turned into a wonderful holiday home over the years. Great for a family holiday and provided with all kinds of comfort to ensure a lovely stay!

Het Kusthuis has been fully renovated and redesigned in the first quarter of 2021. The spacious living room is equipped with a comfortable couch and atmospheric woodburner. The fully equipped kitchen is also provided with all kinds of comfort and modern equipment. Furthermore, the fround floor features the masterbedroom and a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. You will find three cosy other bedrooms and a modern bathroom on the first floor. A separate toilet is also present here. Het Kusthuis provides you with beautiful views over the orchard and has a spacious terrace with lots of privacy facing south.

The house is located on the chilfriendly familypark Buitenplaats Schouwen and has lots of spacious, tranquil areas and plenty of facilities that ensure a great holiday. A small playground with sandpit can be found close to the house. In addition, the park features an outdoor pool with separate wading pool, a tennis court, larger playground, hockey field, table tennis table area and bocce area.
