The property was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We could walk to so many restaurants and activities! The host was communicative and getting in and out of the property was easy. The skylight brightened up the space, and the restaurant downstairs was excellent - make sure to make reservations if you plan on going on the weekend - it's worth it. I parked at the garage down the street - it was a short walk and a very reasonable daily rate. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan on coming back soon.

This property was very nice and conveniently located to shops, dining, and entertainment. Close access to parking garage that was reasonable. Well stocked with cooking accoutrements.

If you need a place to stay in downtown Roanoke, this is certainly a good one. We had two cars so the parking was a bit challenging but the garage was only 8 a day. The amenities for the place were very new and modern and the furniture was trendy while not the most comfortable for lounging around. That didn't matter as we didn't spend a lot of time there.Restaurant downstairs was nice and the bakery across the street certainly was convenient. Walkable anywhere in downtown.Only update I'd make to the listing would be the second bathroom is not off the second bedroom. It's in the middle of the unit.Thank you!

The apartment was clean and fairly accurately described, but the overall experience was very poor. The neighborhood and surrounding areas felt very unsafe, with many suspicious individuals lingering nearby, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights. I would not recommend going out alone. The double security lock system was inconvenient and difficult to navigate. AI-only check-in and very poor communication made the stay frustrating. Parking was extremely difficult, with no convenient options nearby. Parking garages were always full and expensive. Reaching the apartment required climbing steep and numerous stairs. Entering through the shared restaurant foyer was uncomfortable with employees and restaurant clients interfering with the door access. I would not recommend this property.

Thank you for staying with us, and for noting that the loft was clean and accurately described. For future guests, a few details are covered in the listing and arrival instructions: the loft is a second-story walkup with no elevator, the building shares its street entrance with the ground-floor restaurant, and entry uses a building code plus a private unit code for added security. The arrival guide also covers free street parking (including all-day free parking a few blocks south and free parking after 5 PM) and nearby city lots with secure overnight parking. Our local team answered each of your messages the same day and checked in with you during your stay. Downtown Roanoke is lively on weekend nights, and we're sorry the area didn't feel comfortable for your group. We appreciate the feedback.
