Luxurious Condo on The Parkway with Jacuzzi Tub, Pool and Hot Tub Access

The beauty and location of the property makes it the ideal place to stay while visiting Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Enjoy picturesque views of the Smoky Mountains and Little Pigeon River as you relax on the balcony. You will have convenient access to many activities within walking distance, a short drive or shuttle ride. There is also a beautiful pool onsite.

Our condo is an upscale, luxury unit with three bedrooms, 2 full baths and all the comforts of home. This fourth floor unit offers views of the Little Pigeon River and Great Smoky Mountains from the balcony just off the living room area and the from the master bedroom. Our condo includes luxury furnishings, new appliances, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, free WiFi, cable TV, flat screen TV’s and DVD player for your enjoyment. There is a Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, flat screen TVs in all the bedrooms and living room. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.

Located less than 2 blocks off the main parkway in Pigeon Forge, our condo gives you easy access to everything the area has to offer. We are just over 3 miles from Dollywood and less than 5 miles from the new convention center.

Everything was perfect! Location is perfect and close to all attractions and restaurants. The condo was “move in” ready. It had all the comforts of home and extra things to pamper us. The host even had individual toothbrushes and toothpaste if needed. All we needed was a little food and clothes. We appreciate you opening your condo to our family. Thank you

Everything was great. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, check in was easy. The only thing I would request to make unpacking and packing easier would be a cart. We had my disabled in-laws with us so packing it all for them was a bit difficult.

Best Condo Ever!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this condo! It exceeded my expectations—the interior is even more beautiful than the photos suggest, and the location is ideal. All the amenities we needed were conveniently available right in the condo, making our stay incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone, ensuring that we all had our own privacy. Plus, the view from the balcony was simply stunning! I can’t wait to return for another visit!

Clean, well decorated, enjoyed stay. Beds comfortable. Do need to replace alarm clock in master, does not work. Patio chairs only 2 and 1 broken for 3 bedroom. A hotel cart to move things up to itwouldbe awesome too! Overall great place to stay!

Servierville Getaway

We had a lovely time! Servierville was a great location for us. Close enough to Pigeon Ford, Gatlinburg, and Dollywood. This location had a community pool and hot tub. The Master or Primary room had a jetted tub that was nice. The condo was fantastic and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. The first room on the right gets a lot of light which is great for some people. Shower was fantastic! This was our first vrbo and first time in the area and we didn't want to leave!!!

Top Notch Condo!

You will not be disappointed if you stay in this super comfortable and clean condo right off the parkway! So close and convenient to everything! Condo is clean, well stocked, nice furnishings, super comfortable beds, nice linens, etc. We didn't actually cook in the condo because part of our vacation fun is eating out, but it appeared to be well stocked for eating in as well. Pool/hot tub area was clean and well maintained. Owner was super responsive with communication and worked with us to get an extra day added on to our stay - having too much fun to leave. We will definitely be back - thanks!

Beautiful condo

This condo was even more beautiful than the pictures! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the entire condo was super clean. The only suggestions would be to have light blocking shades in the room with the queen bed - the hall corridor lights were so bright. Also, while we were there someone pulled the fire alarm at we had to be evacuated from the condo (along with everyone else in the building) at 5 am. It would be nice if the outdoor hallways had cameras but they do not. However, the stay was great, the views were beautiful and the pool and hot tub were amazing. We hope to stay here again!

Thank you for your kind comments about our condo. Just wanted to give you an update, the condo in fact does have security cameras and so the incident was caught on camera and the situation is being dealt with. Nothing worse that disrupting your vacation with an early morning false fire alarm. Again, we regret that happened.

Cleanliness an issue

Overall the stay was okay. We fortunately brought cleaning supplies with us, which were put to use immediately. The kitchen countertops had food, crumbs, etc all over. Dishes in the cupboards appeared to have been run through the dishwasher without detergent, so we had to do a lot of dishes right away. Also fortunately there was a Walmart close by so we could buy shower curtains and hooks (existing curtains were stained and looked unclean). Carpets needed to be vacuumed as well. A day or two after arriving, “housekeeping” stopped by to see if we were checking out that day, we had 5 or 6 days left on our stay. There was a fair amount of garbage in the stairwell also. For the price I would have expected a cleaner property.

Conflicted rating, perhaps an off week.

Pros: Amazing water pressure, showers were great. Kids loved the jetted tub, also enjoyed a few family foot soaks following long hikes and a day at Dollywood. Beds were soft and comfy, and sheets were crisp and clean. Overall craftsmanship and details of the condo made it feel a little more high end. Great location across the street from a Walmart and immediately off the strip. Lots of clean white bath towels. Easy to use Nest thermostat. Cons: We ran out of TP and paper towels. Littlest bedroom lacked a curtain - only had blinds. Light from the public hallway kept the room pretty lit up (maybe a positive / night light for little kiddos). Shower curtains were long for the showers, geeks me out when there's too much material and pink bacteria. Elevator was out of service for a few days during our stay. We arrived after a heavy spring storm and there were tiny ants in the kitchen. We bought a few ant traps at Walmart, but they stuck around for the duration of our stay as the owner was not able to have the exterminator come that quickly. Overall I'd love to give a higher rating, and think that we may have just had a few unlucky encounters.

Girls only weekend

The condo was wonderful. Exactly as described, the location was perfect and if you use your Waze app, we found that it took us around a lot of the traffic on different routes to save time. We will definitely book again.
