Recently renovated ocean front house with sweeping views will have you relaxed and refreshed from the moment you step inside.

4 bedrooms with 2 Jack-and-Jill bathrooms, fully appointed kitchen, open floor plan to living room with views of the beach and ocean. Spend sunrise and sunset enjoying a 180 degree vista from the deck (and if you’re lucky you may spot some dolphins!). Direct beach access makes it easy to dash back to the house for a snack or trip to the bathroom without lugging all your gear. Comfy and cozy inside yet bright, airy, and beachy.

Full kitchen stocked with an initial supply of paper towels and toilet paper.

Linens and personal towels provided.

A limited amount of beach towels and chairs are provided. For larger needs contact local rental companies.

Upon arrival, a handy-dandy binder provides menus and information about the house and area. When you’re ready to step off the beach, OIB offers mini-golf, an arcade, fishing on the pier, boating, biking, free concerts on Friday, craft markets on Tuesday, and an activity filled playground with bocci and basketball among other amusements. Did we mention golfing? Bring your clubs as there are over 20 courses within 10 miles.
