Enjoy a relaxed Cape Cod getaway in this newly renovated boutique home, thoughtfully designed for comfort, ease, and elevated beach living. Ideally located just minutes from Hyannis and nearby beaches, the home also offers rare convenience to the Cape’s only Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Target, and Cape Cod Mall, making longer stays effortless.

Unwind after a day in the sun in your private hot tub, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or gather around the firepit.



The Space:

Inside, the home features a fully updated living space with central AC in every room, high-speed internet, and new memory foam mattresses with high-end linens and blackout shades for a restful stay. The home comfortably sleeps families or groups with 4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens, and a bunk room). The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine and opens to a large dining area perfect for shared meals and easy entertaining.

Located just minutes from Craigville Beach and other popular Cape beaches, and a short drive to Main Street Hyannis, you’ll have easy access to local restaurants, shops, and the ferry to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard—the perfect balance of coastal charm and everyday convenience.



Please note there will be toiletries provided to get you started during your stay, we will NOT supply enough toiletries for your entire stay. There are local stores to purchase some additional supplies if needed during your stay!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, including the backyard, hot tub, and free parking on the premises. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Relax in the living area with a TV and internet access. The property also features a BBQ grill and outdoor seating.

Getting around is easy! Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience. For those arriving by air, the Barnstable Municipal Airport (HYA) is a short drive away. Public transportation options are available in the area, with bus stops within a reasonable distance, providing access to local attractions and neighboring towns. Consider using ride-sharing services for convenient transportation to and from the property and exploring the Cape Cod area. Travel times may vary depending on traffic conditions, so plan accordingly. Enjoy your stay!



Other Things to Note:

Welcome to your coastal retreat! Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that smoking is not allowed on the property. We are happy to offer free parking on the premises.

Hot Tub Rules

Please shower before using the hot tub and do not enter with sand, dirt, oils, lotions, food, or beverages. The hot tub is professionally maintained for the health and safety of all guests.

The hot tub is inspected after each stay. Any guest-caused contamination or misuse requiring additional sanitization, draining, refilling, or professional servicing will result in a $350 cleaning and restoration fee.

All security cameras do not monitor indoor spaces or private guest areas.
