Absolutely amazing. You'll love staying here. The backyard is a grassy oasis perfect for playing games with the whole family. There's plenty of room in the kitchen for everyone to cook together, and a table for eight to enjoy. The multiple TVs keep the peace, (as does the parking for four cars on the property) the washer, dryer, and dish washer make life easy, and being able to walk to the beach and Main Street just adds to the whole vacation vibe. We can't wait to come back.

Thank you so much for hosting us! This vacation home was perfect for our large family getaway. We were just a short walk away from both the quiet beach and downtown Hyannis.The living room was wonderful for our family gatherings, especially with the huge smart TV and comfortable couches. We also enjoyed spending time on the front porch; the dining table and plentiful seating made outdoor meals enjoyable. Plus, having plenty of hot water and perfect central air made our stay very comfortable. We hope to be back next summer!

Great property that is located near multiple beaches, shopping and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and the house had everything you’d need if you’re traveling from out of the area. The property is connected to another rental unit and one of the bedrooms does share a wall with the other unit, but the other tenants were quiet, so it wasn’t an issue. The fenced in yard was a huge plus for our dogs as well. Keyes beach was shut down for swimming while we were there, but it is a 3 minute walk to get there from the house, which is helpful for larger groups that may not want to take multiple cars to one of the other beaches. We’d definitely stay at the house again in the future!

Alex was an attentive and responsive host for anything that came up during our stay. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the fully stocked linens and kitchen. We enjoyed the porch and yard as well, and also had just about everything we needed provided for a day at the beach. We also enjoyed the area — the house was conveniently located to the water, the downtown area, dining, and shopping. Our family had a great time.

What a wonderful experience for us the Midwesterners. The kitchen was fully stocked. The place was spotless, plenty of parking. Great communication for any thing we needed. Look no further, book this place! Close to everything. Shed full of chairs and beach toys, and a wagon to take them to the beach. Great for kids. The host are stellar. Thanks for a wonderful Cape Cod experience. A vacation of memories!

All aspects of this property were great. The property is centrally located for all types of activities in and around Hyannis. It is only a few minute walk to the ocean and a 20 minute walk to downtown Hyannis. The property itself has ample parking, towels, household supplies and amenities. There is a lovely fenced in backyard with obvious pride taken in its maintenance of flowers and lawn. Our group, (including 3-year-old and 4 month old granddaughters) enjoyed our stay. We all took lots of walks to and from the beach, on the beach, along the beach, through ocean front neighborhoods, and around the town. Every restaurant we visited had excellent food. It was a very happy family vacation. Alex is a very nice person and excellent host.

We had a great week here . Everything was as pictured . Alex was a great host , we did not have any problems so did not need to contact him for anything . We spent our days at the beach (short walk ) or on the front porch reading and napping . We cooked most meals at the house as we had a 3 year old with us. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils , cookware etc. . The house was clean and comfortably cool , we appreciated the central air conditioning. There were a couple of rainy days where we stayed in and watched World Cup soccer and enjoyed the 2 large comfy sofas . W also appreciated the laundry area , complete with detergent and hangers for wet suits. Plenty of towels ( bath and beach ) a beach cart ready to use . Our grandson loved the fenced in yard for kicking his soccer ball around and we had fun chasing each other with super soakers . We would definitely recommend and return to this lovely house !

Beautiful home great location

Alex' house was perfect for us. The fenced in yard was great for our dog and the location is top notch. We could load up the beach wagon and take the short walk to the beach. Alex was extremely accommodating with several recommendations for us.

Perfect Hyannis home.

Stayed 2 nights and the house was perfect for our needs. Host provided insight to area early on so we were able to plan our adventure. Would stay in the home again and highly recommend.

Our family has been in Massachusetts since 1999, living in the Greater Boston area and owning a vacation house on the Cape. Occasionally, we rented out the Cape Cod house and had fun doing so! We had the chance to decorate and prepare the house, gain an understanding of guests' preferences while answering their questions, and meet so many new people. This experience let us deepen our knowledge about all aspects of hospitality, as well as life in general, on the Cape. As we quickly fell in love with Cape Cod, we also wanted to share our love with our guests.
As we are local, we are always available to help you, so you have an enjoyable stay!

Our house was handpicked and chosen thoroughly, considering feedback from our guests as well as our experience of life on the Cape! We've ensured that the house is located on the Nantucket Sound side of the ocean, which has the warmest waters on Cape Cod, and that they are in very close proximity to the beaches, giving you, our guests, the best experience possible. With such a central location on the Cape, you will have easy access to some of the best restaurants, activities, and sights available.
The location is unbeatable: 0.1 mi to the Nantucket Sound Ocean beaches with the warmest waters on Cape Cod; 0.4 mi to the Main Street of Hyannis with the best restaurants, activities, and sightseeing; 0.7mi to the Hyannis Harbor, offering trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, fishing and sightseeing cruises for kids and adults.
Please note that the Kennedy family compound is located on the same side and can be seen from our beach.

This is a new 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with the comfort available only in new houses which, as a representative of the Health Department noted, are extremely rare for rental on Cape Cod.
For your comfort and convenience, the house is equipped with a Central Air Conditioner, a free Washer and Dryer, new LSD HDTVs, and free high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.
We believe that our large deck with comfortable furniture, BBQ, and fenced-in backyard will encourage you to spend quality time outdoors.
We provide high-quality bedding, linens, blankets, beach and bath towels, kitchen electrics, cookware, cutlery, coffee makers, pots, pans, dinnerware, flatware, etc. Also, we provide beach chairs/umbrellas, paper products, soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, laundry and dishwasher supplies, and propane for the grill.
We are local and always available almost immediately to answer any of your questions or stop by to solve any issues.
